Nice structure, though a lot of changes to keep up with
I like the structure of the program. However, over time I've noticed that there hasn't been any new recipes on the app and the workshop selection has changed over time (Spanish with Gigi? What happened?). Though I value updates to the app, it appears less and less user friendly. Are there quick videos one can watch that can explain the updates? This would help those who are either of age or have very busy lives and are unable to log on to a 101 session.

I don’t like that there aren’t many in person meetings where I am and that there aren’t many weekly topic meetings in the late afternoon after Monday or Tuesday.

I accidentally signed up for membership.
I accidentally signed up for membership. I reached out within minutes and tried to cancel and they will not allow me to cancel. Now I am stuck with several months of paying for something I absolutely hate. They also DO NOT let you know that blood work will be needed by a doctor. I had to go to a doctor and get have them put in an order for me to get blood work done. Just a huge mess and I have tried to cancel several times after and they will not let me. So disappointed in myself for filling out the information.

I just switched to the Med + but am…
I just switched to the Med + but am still not sure how to navigate the full program...and my awards went back to 5 lbs instead of the 20 that ive lost sunce june 2025

I love the WW program
I love the WW program. It is easy to follow and helps me to keep on track. It definitely works if you work the plan. Best decision I have made for myself. My weight fluctuates from day to day, but that is not uncommon. Great program.
