What makes our experience great is our wonderful and encouraging leader Kate Goudge. We all miss the merch and even a slip of paper to follow our journey would help especially for older members. Fortunately for WW, Kate makes up for all this! That’s my main reason for top marks!

Why have you taken the points values of the foods away. It just makes things more difficult, as I can't compare the points I have tracked during the day. So I can make adjustments. I have a points budget so I need to see the values in points, not fibre or protein values which I can check if I need to. It's a stupid idea getting rid of the points from the list. I should be able check them, not have to go into every food item to check the points. I'm not impressed as the what's easy for the users of the system has not been considered. Please bring back the points values by each item instead of the symbols which are not helpful.

Upon returning to WW I’ve been very happy with the amount of groups I can attend as well as weekly workshops.I am finding zooms very interesting to attend.Coaches are very engaging

App is fantastic, always improving. So sad meetings aren't as they were however my local leader is excellent. Gone for online now as meetings were difficult to drag myself there so I decided on price!

You need to train more people and open up more workshops
And bring back the ww biscuits and snacks PLEASE !!!

I’ve been with WW for 385 days and to date have lost 75lbs. The app is brilliant and I would advise to really explore it. There’s so much info. The virtual workshops are so helpful and great to share your journey with people who understand. So motivating and inspiring. Last but not least attending the weekly studio class is a great way to gain more knowledge, information, hints and tips from a very inspiring coach and the wonderfully supportive community of people who all help each other.

Weight Watchers is not the shadow of the company it once was. Since merging with the American Weight Watchers it has been stripped of everything that made it special. No weekly recipe leaflet, no in meeting shop, no magazine, nonclerks, no in meeting cooking demos, the list is endless. People are blaming GLP Meds buts it not. Weight Watchers and GLP go hand in hand supporting each other. The problem with Weight Watchers is the company destroying itself to satisfy it's American share holders.

As a 70+ long lifetime member below goal, I am finding the newer virtual meetings and coaches less engaging these last several months.

Many sound a bit too preachy and dogmatic rather than thought-provoking and reflective. This may reflect changes in the way of thinking in younger members whom WW looks to attract. If that is so, I wholeheartedly agree as their participation is essential to WW's long-term growth and success.

WW success is necessary for me, as a free lifetime member, in order to have access to the app, the virtual, and the in-person meetings I enjoy in order to maintain my success and well-being.

I preferred the old green plan for flexibility and each time the app is updated, it’s incredibly glitchy/removes useful features. The support of coaches is great though.

Coach Claire has kept me going when times were really difficult on walk with ww. Thankyou Coach Claire.

I love ww got me to a healthy weight and has kept me there 8 yrs and I love it is now not just weightloss co but a wellness one

Horrible experience. Don't sign the one sided agreement. They are more interested in your money than your success

I was somehow locked into a 10 month contract which I know I didn't subscribe to. I have contacted them many times to cancel but they wouldn't. They said I was locked into the contract until the 10 months had finished. It wouldn't be so bad if the app actually worked properly and I could have actually followed the plan. My contract has finished now but I've paid around £150 for absolute nothing. This company is stealing from people and I would not ever use them again. I have used WW a few times over the years. They have always been a caring company that wants the best for their customers - not any more. Please don't even go there and use some where more credible, like Slimming World. Their payment plan is very clear and the app is fantastic.

If I could rate them negatively, I would. They rave how they “accept insurance”, answer your questions so you feel comfortable to sign up. THEN they run you around for 2 months with no treatment, discovering you are actually NOT covered. At this point you are enrolled in their BS 6 month ($84 each time) plan and you CANNOT CANCEL!!!

STAY AWAY FROM WW APP, please!!!

Stealing my money - I called them up last summer after signing up but discovering that the program wasn’t suitable for me. I was told I was locked into 10 months commitment but they would cancel and the payments with stop at the end of the 10 months. They haven’t they’ve taken a payment of £18.95, Unauthorised. Trying to contact them is absolutely impossible. There is supposed to be a 24 /7 chat, there isn’t. There was an email address through PayPal which I emailed and it came back saying it’s no longer in use. So absolutely no way to contact them. I see other reviews another feedback where they’ve done this taking peoples money, it’s stealing and it needs to be stopped. Why does nobody care when big companies take money from ordinary people? Yet, if it was the other way round?

I used to love weight watchers. I still think the tracking program can be great, but the Med+ program is awful! Very misleading advertisement. They make u feel like they will work with ur insurance companies to get everything covered. They didnt and it took a couple of months to even hear back from them with everything being denied. The clinical care team was hardly ever available for me taking 2+ days to answer any messages. Also I was not aware that I was getting myself into a 1w month contract with them and no way to cancel. I am unsatisfied with them. Not to mention having a hard time financially and they refuse to cancel my plan or at the very least let me downgrade the plan to just the tracking. Then had the audacity to tell me that I WILL continue to pay for it and they will not discuss it any further with me. I have tbe screenshots of how they were with me..I will try to post on here.
