I purchased 40 You’re a Big Dill’s for coworkers for the holidays. They arrived promptly and without issue. Customer service was very prompt, kind and accommodating. Eager to have these sitting on desks tomorrow morning!

The most appalling service and customer service! tracking doesn't work! This site is nothing other than a scam site! STAY AWAY! Ordered item 3 weeks ago fyi.

Order is "in transit" for the past 4 weeks. No one to contact for refund.

Made an order for several items and nothing delivered. I can only assume its a fake company. I would certainly not recommend ordering from here

Ordered an item 23/10/2024. Never arrived after 4 weeks. Wouldn't refund so ended up getting money back via Paypal.
Company said they couldn't refund as item was dispatched. Been 7 weeks and it still didn't arrive. Seems like another scam as advertised on Facebook. In my experience most things on Facebook is a scam. Last time I buy from ads on that platform.

I ordered several crochet toys with funny and positive messages for my team at work. The customer service was excellent - because my order was so large they shipped them from China but they used FedEx and the product arrived quickly. They are adorable!

I have to say these plushies are really cute and handmade. Even though one of my plushies were diffrent from what I ordered, the company instantly send me the correct one without any additional payments. Really happy with the purchase.

Very cute little gifts. I've bought 3 for the wife over the past year and she loves them. Nice variety of messages, I'm sure most people could find one that was relevant for them. Well made and good value. The little stands are worth getting. My wife has hers on her desk in her home office.

Absolutely love this company. Quality is super. I ordered cheap one from another website and had to send them back the quality was so awful. These are so cute and a running joke between me and my sister. Great company.

I found the exact same products at another other location for less than half the cost. I emailed the company to cancel my order 2 hours after I submitted it and received an email reply that they would cancel the order.

They “Generated” a shipping label the moment the CC transaction cleared, but the person emailed me back and said they cancelled the order and informed shipping. 2 days later I got an email that the item “shipped”. Two days after that I got a USPS tracking shipment. Nothing was ever cancelled. Order Friday. Cancelled Friday with confirmation. “Shipped” Sunday AM. Actually shipped Thursday AM.

I love these gifts, I have ordered a few now and there was a mix up with the delivery address for one of my gifts and Plami was so efficient at keeping in contact and sorting this out, thank you. I will definitely order from them again.

Really cute products that make great gifts. Would definitely recommend. Shipping took about 4-5 days I think.
