Beth and holly from Gateshead absolutely amazing professional and helped me! Walked away with my dress on the first visit and couldn’t be happier highly reccomend!

Holly in Gateshead was fantastic, made me feel like I was special and I know people say that's there job but honestly been to another wed2be but this one honestly is the best. Anxious bride made to feel welcome and like a million dollars. Thank you Gateshead We'd 2 be.

Amazing team.
I needed to repurchase same dress 2 sizes smaller. They phoned round and found me one. I was sooo happy.
They arranged delivery and when it was arriving later than originally planned. The store held it for 2 weeks until I returned from holiday.

Katie was an absolute angel and crucial in helping me find the perfect dress for me. I gave her some ideas of what I liked and she managed to find a dress I loved, which was everything I said I didn’t want before the visit!! I had the most fantastic experience. Beck's was lovely and really made me feel at ease. She took time to speak to me at the beginning, got a feel for what I was looking for and went on a mission for me. She understood the assignment and found me THE dress on the first try!! I tried on others and she threw in some curveballs, just in case, but it was always going to be that first dress!!

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Able to advise on what style suits who and what material for your wedding.
Beautiful dresses and gowns and super comfortable to wear.
Also, you don’t feel rushed when in the shop. The staff like to make sure you’re happy with every small detail.
Highly recommend!!

Visited the store in Gateshead and had the assistance of Lavinia. She helped me try on multiple dresses and gave me a confidence boost in every dress, from someone who doesn’t have any confidence with the way I look to having a tear in my eye for my chosen dress. Would highly recommend this store for anyone trying to find their dream dress. Everything was perfect from start to finish, everyone was so welcoming and even had an input on the dresses I tried on. Absolutely loved finding my dream dress in store today

I had the most amazing experience! Kate was my consultant and she made me feel so special. She was fun, attentive, knows her stuff and really makes you feel at ease. This store is worth a visit, so many dresses to choose from and when i returned 5 weeks later to get a Flower girl dress they recognised me and were just so friendly and welcoming. They really know how to make you have the best day choosing a dress - I wish I could do it again (but hopefully not :) )

I visited the Gateshead store and the lovely Kate supported me with finding my dress.
Kate was amazing, helping me find exactly what I was after and listened carefully to what I liked and didn't like. She completely put me at ease making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

From the minute I walked in, I felt at ease! I didn’t have an appointment, but Beth was more than happy to talk us through the layout and let me quietly browse. They then offered me an appt within half an hour to try on dresses I liked. Lauren was FANTASTIC, when it came to trying on. She put me at ease and helped me (I’m VERY indecisive) find my wedding dress.
I couldn’t have had a better experience. All the staff in Gateshead were beyond amazing. I’m a naturally shy person, I was very apprehensive about trying dresses on full-stop and had a poor experience at a different store (not wed2be) that morning, that *almost* put me off completely. Thank you so, so much ladies. It’s very unusual to receive such fantastic and consistent customer service! And thank you for helping me find THE dress!
