This was my first time trying on wedding dresses for my wedding in just under 8 months. Holly from the Gateshead store was so lovely and helpful! Not only did she help me find my dress, she was dead chatty, very honest about styles and really understood what I did/ didn’t like, which allowed her to find me my wedding dress! She wss very inclusive too with my Mam and bridal party who came to help.

I can’t thank her enough for helping me find my dress for my big day!

Georgie made me feel so awesome and beautiful loved the 2nd dress I wore she was amazing

Can’t fault my experience at Wed2be! Becks at Gateshead was so helpful, she made me feel so comfortable when trying on and listened to my opinion when selecting dresses to try which resulted in me finding my wedding dress! She gave us time to think carefully about each dress, and space to take photos and even FaceTime people who couldn’t attend the appointment to see in person. Impeccable service will recommend her every time!!

Lizzi was so helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for, she helped me find a beautiful dress that I cannot wait to wear and was so friendly throughout the entire process.

We had a great experience yesterday with izzy (isabella). She was so attentive and approachable while I was trying to find the right dress. Thanks to her help I did find it! Though the dresses I had seen on the website were not in the store, she was able to offer me loads of options as alternatives and I felt listened to and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Becks was absolutely amazing!! Made me so comfortable, and definitely knows what she’s doing! Brought out a dress that was her favourite and on the hanger I thought oh definitely not!! Tried it on for her and that’s actually my wedding dress🥰 so thank you becks, so grateful! Look forward to coming back for my bridesmaid dresses x

My assistant becks couldnt of been more helpful, listened to all of my like and dislikes and made the dress shopping experience fantastic!!! Cant wait to wear my dress in Feb 2027

Our bridal party visited here today and the experience of buying the actual dress was good. However the sales pitch at the time of purchase was pushy, our bride chose her dress but was then 'talked' in to buying an under skirt, then realised after the purchase (which she was made to sign for) that this cost £115, she went straight back in to the store to ask for a refund and was told they don't do refunds as she had seen the item and signed for it! This seemed underhand and has put a dampener on the overall experience.

I had an amazing experience today with Georgie she gave some great advice and made me feel special throughout the process of choosing my dress. Would definitely recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend this experience enough! I went in feeling quite anxious about finding my wedding dress, but Georgie immediately made me feel so comfortable and completely listened to what I wanted.

She picked out some amazing options for me and even encouraged me to try dresses that I never would have thought suited me, and I was so surprised by how much I loved them! She really took the time to listen to all my feedback and made sure I never felt pressured or rushed.

I walked away with my perfect wedding dress, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for making what I thought would be such a nerve-wracking experience into such a lovely and memorable one. 🤍
