Shannon was absolutely amazing and made me feel very at ease

Shannon was an absolute gem today. I honestly couldn’t have felt more comfortable. I went in with nothing in mind and the 4th dress was the one! I was dreading it. Thinking I was going to be trying on millions of dresses. Shannon is a credit to the Cardiff store. Thank you xx

My experience was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming but Shannon made it for us. She knew the dresses and took all of my worries and thoughts into consideration. She put all of my doubts to rest and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I said yes to the dress and want to thank Shannon so much for all of her help.

My fiancé arranged for her bridesmaids to visit this weekend (one was from Essex) to visit the Cardiff store to pick out bridesmaids dresses.

The customer service was appalling…it seemed to go downhill when she told them she already had her wedding dress and was just looking for the bridesmaids dresses. They were taken to a changing room and then just left, no one came back.

When they left due to being ignored, the staff didn’t seem to care.

Absolutely unacceptable treatment.

Staff couldn’t do enough to help me find my dress, the lady who helped me was incredible and knew more about what would suit me than I did. She was so helpful and so reassuring throughout. I cannot wait to go back and get in my dress (and tiara) again before bringing them both home with me ❤️

I walked into the shop, just to browse and try on different styles.. not knowing what I really wanted. Shannon who worked there was fantastic, she took onboard what I said, selected styles that were similar to what I showed here. She had lovely taste and could even tell when I found my dress! Amazing customer service, she was so friendly as well and made me feel very comfortable.

I had an excellent experience today in the Cardiff store. The service from Katie was phenomenal. She made the experience easy which made me feel comfortable trying on the dresses. She was very clever at knowing what I would like before I even knew. I ended up only trying on 4 dresses as the process of elimination that was followed made finding the perfect dress so simple.

I was very nervous about going dress shopping being a bigger girl, I’d never wore a dress before. But there was no need Shannon was an absolute star made me feel comfortable and was just the loveliest person. She helped advised and listened to my opinions and made the whole experience fun,exciting and relaxing. I can’t thank her enough . I absolutely love my dress thank you so much Shannon and wed2b. I would highly recommend

Erin was so attentive to my needs and wishes. I had a great time going in to try on my wedding dress with my mum and sister, bought same day! Just make sure to leave plenty of time in the day - we went on a Saturday so there was a long wait, but it was fine in the end because we went to grab food and we put our name in the queue :)

We visited the Cardiff shop late this afternoon and Ellie was absolutely wonderful, she was genuinely excited about the vision and made us all feel so welcome, it was just like chatting to a friend! She went above and beyond to help me get my dream dress. Thank you all so much for a great experience.

A fantastic experience! I honestly felt so special and everything was done to make me comfortable and happy. Jess was amazing and listened to what I was liking/didn’t like about the dresses I tried on and help me to find my perfect dress!

Experience at Wed2b Cardiff was great. Welcomed upon arrival and quickly taken to the seating area for a consultation. I went on a Friday and was the only person in the store, so there was no waiting.
Shannon the assistant was great, so helpful and made me feel relaxed. She listened to my likes/dislikes as I tried each dress, and helped me find the one! She was also great interacting with my family who also joined for the fitting. I said 'Yes to the dress' and it was packaged up ready to take home that day.

Went to the Cardiff store to purchase 7 bridesmaid dresses. No booking required which was great. Brilliant choice of dresses and colours. Only disappointment was not offered any refreshments whilst shopping for such a big event and dresses did not come individually packaged meaning I had to purchase dress covers separately for each one. The little personal touches were missing which was a shame.

I came in with 2 dresses in mind that I'd seen on the website, unfortunately 1 could not be obtained in my size but the other was in store and I tried it on and felt amazing. Eleanor bought other dresses for me to try on and to narrow down the style dress but nothing beat that first dress! Eleanor was just amazing; she went above and beyond. And when she helped with my hair and headpiece to get the full look it was a resounding 'yes to the dress'. I highly recommend Wed2Be. Even if you can't get what you think you want; they'll find what is perfect for you.

A really nice welcoming from staff, they were so informative about the dresses and everything else. They helped me choose my dress on the first visit (which surprised me because I am so fussy!)

All good, not rushed at all and given lots of time to try and different styles. Really lovely experience

Lovely selection of dresses friendly and helpful staff. Dresses are a lovely quality and where delivered early

When we first arrived we were greeted by staff on the front desk who asked for some details (name and what we were looking for) then got told should be somewhat quick because we were looking for a bridesmaid dress. There was 1 bride in front of me looking for a bridal dress and then no one else waiting. For 30 minutes there was just us in the waiting room with a bride already looking for her dress. The bride in-front of us soon got seen to and was looking for bridal gowns. After an hour of waiting, the bride found her dress, paid for the dress and then moved onto looking at bridesmaids dresses. She got handed pieces of paper that I had not been handed and with a party of 5 I sat there waiting for an hour and a half for someone to come and see me like I was told they would. After I gave up and went back to the desk where 3 staff were all standing around talking about concerts and plans they were going to soon. After explaining I was waiting for an hour and a half for someone to come and see me, a bride had already been given pieces of paper that I had not been given and that someone after me had already been given a bridesmaid dress to look at they soon saw to us and “helped” us.
I do think there needs to be a booking system in place because how I was treated was terrible. Would not go here again.
