The pick up was timely, the guys were helpful and accommodating. The Spanish side, not so good, one and a half days late, with one guy who wouldn’t even help until the end. The service was cheap, and I suppose you get what you pay for.

The movers were really good, they worked fast, without pausing too much during the 4h or work. And the company was fair, paid for a 3h package + 1 extra hour. The price was pretty good to be honest, around 450 GBP.

From dealing with the customer service team to being assisted by the two removal men, dealing with this company was a pleasure. I am particularly grateful to Alex (one of our removal men) for his hard work, humour and understanding on a very stressful day.

The guys were very quick & efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Very professional and excellent movers. Serghei was amazing, he was very accommodative and ensured that big furniture did not cause any scratches on the walls. Definitely recommended for your move. 5 star service. I am very happy.

WeCare offered me the best price for my removal from London to Berlin. The movers were very swift on the move out, taking all of my belongings and putting them in the Van in under one hour! My boxes were kept in storage for 2 weeks before being delivered. All my things arrived well in Germany, albeit covered in dust and soot, except for my plants (which I understand is probably due to customs). There was only one person making the delivery, and I was needed to do some of the heavy lifting myself (including taking a bookcase up 4 flights of stairs). Overall, it was a good experience. What stops me from giving 5 stars is their lack of communication regarding timings of pick up and delivery, as well as written confirmation that my things had arrived safely at the storage facility. On the other hand, they were very effective when contacting about a payment.

We had a great experience from start to finish. They were amazing! The blokes couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be recommending and will use WeCare again. The move run smoothly and we are very happy!

Excellent communications, good timekeeping and friendly hard-working staff.

The inventory calculator needs some work. I deliberately overestimated the number of boxes we had but the van that was used was too small. The problem was we had a lot of garden equipment and pots and a couple of pieces of furniture that couldn't be disassembled for efficient packing.

I highlight this in case anyone reading has similar moving requirements so that they can discuss this with the office staff prior to moving day. I would still recommend WeCare Removals.

As a first time mover I was so nervous but the removers we had (Michael and colleague) were fantastic! Really friendly, careful and quick including breaking down and reassembling furniture in the new home. Really great service overall so thank you very much for everything. We will be recommending We Care to our family and friends :)

I contacted Grays Removals the service which i received was amazing Michael and his partner done an amazing job we lived on the 2nd floor and they had to take a lot down but they fitted a whole flat in one van without any damages i was amazed honestly i would recommend these guys very nice men

WeCare Removals are fabulous, they do care about their customers like they do care about their own family members.
Everything from first hello to last goodbye was absolutely stunning, the removal team allocated to do the job went above and beyond the extra mile, the office team were amazing, I am really hypnotised by those guys and their service. Would I recommend their ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ service? Absolutely yes.

Backstory:
- I was outside the country when it was time to vacate my rental (in Newcastle Under Lyme) so I hired this company to pack up my stuff and store it.

Problems:
- They asked for my mobile number so they could communicate with me on the day to ensure they packed everything. They didn’t WhatsApp or text me.
- The packing was extremely slapdash and shoddy - most of my belongings were soaking wet in the boxes!
- They stored my stuff in Dartford, Kent without first informing me, even though their website states they have “a national network of storage facilities” and “storage solutions in Newcastle”.
- Their storage costed £50 pm “+ VAT” - which is far too expensive!
- They always added a “+ VAT” at the end of all their fees but would never inform me of the exact amount upfront or before the monies were due.
- After I paid the amount they’ve actually specified, they would rudely point out that I hadn’t paid the VAT, even though they hadn’t even informed me what the VAT amount is!
- My belongings were in “a safe place” but one of the boxes is covered in what seems to be pigeon feathers and excrement!? And some even got inside the box due to the inadequate job they did at boxing.

Their exorbitant prices did not match the quality of service they provide which is very poor. Avoid this company at all costs. I totally regret patronising them.

Absolute first class service and at a very reasonable price. From initial contact with Tony through to move day I was very satisfied with the move of my mum from Hayes to Berkshire. Polite on time snd a decent price. Thank you guys. Will million percent use you again.
