Easy Peasy

Quick and easy
Quick and easy, was made a great initial offer that did come down a few thousand but was still happy with the amount I was given. Dave & John were both professional and honest. I would recommend them over any used car purchaser.

Great customer service but online estimate should not be expected
This rating is based off customer service received. The transaction went very well. Far better than the competition (Dealer, CarMax, Carvana, etc) Easy and straightforward. John B was extremely helpful and thorough. It took about 30-40 minutes to inspect and give my car a test drive. However, (as one may anticipate) the online estimate was no where near the initial quote. Also keep in mind that there is doc fee. Thankfully the quote was negotiable and we were able to get to a compromise. If I were to rate the entire experience from online to going to the branch I would rate it a 4.5 as the difference in online estimate to in person quote was a bit off to be perfect.

Dan was EXCEPTIONAL, as was John and Christian, all of whom I dealt with in the two week car sale. Last night Dan finished our deal and we couldn’t be happier! Your employees, especially the men I speak of here in this message, were (are!) phenomenal on every level ! I’ve shared your business w/everyone, & will continue to do so! Dan made suggestions too re my sisters car that is in ok shape but needs a battery, he said just get that battery and tell her to bring her car to us we will take care of her! We will also bring my husbands car to you too, in a few weeks! Thank you all so very much for SUCH TOP SHELF service!!!! John was on time and very personable and professional. Thought the adjustments on the offer, based on the condition of my Jeep, were fair and reasonable. Never felt any pressure to sell or take less. Overall, good experience ... would recommend to anyone.
