Shawanda was very helpful, as the scheduled mobile unit ended up being unavailable that day. This was certainly not her fault, as We Buy Any Car cancelled our 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM appointment at 9:53 AM. With that, Shawanda was able to set up an appointment at the Pinebrook office at 12:00 Noon on that same day and assessed our car quickly and efficiently. She was a delight to work with.
