Our online valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your car is worth but it’s based on the limited information given to us and doesn’t constitute a firm offer from webuyanycar.com. Like any other reputable buyer we price vehicles based on condition. We must perform a physical appraisal of every vehicle before making a firm offer.
We do pride ourselves on transparency. Unlike dealerships who take your car around back and hold it hostage, we invite you to join us during the inspection process so you can see what we see. We’re not worried about normal wear and tear but large ticket items that would impact the mechanical and safety features of a vehicle. If damage is discovered we do reserve the right to make a revised offer as we have to take any vehicle issues into consideration when pricing a car.
We take detailed notes, photos and videos of all our inspections. A member of our leadership team will do a full review to ensure your inspection was performed correctly, you were treated fairly, and everything was communicated clearly. If we made a mistake, we’ll gladly make it right.

I feel as though I was ripped off
I feel as though I was ripped off. Yes there were issues with the car but the pristine interior was worth more than what they paid. If you have other options, take them. Use this place as a last resort.

At webuyanycar.com, our primary goal is to offer a convenient, quick, and stress-free solution for those looking to sell their car, while providing a fair and transparent evaluation process. Our team uses a comprehensive set of factors for vehicle valuation including make, model, year, mechanical condition, exterior condition, and indeed, interior condition. We strive to ensure our valuation is as competitive as possible given these conditions and the current market.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that were not declared when you requested the online valuation estimate. Our records indicate that you did disclose the cracked rear bumper, but otherwise, you stated that the vehicle was in good physical and mechanical condition. In addition, you selected the upgraded "Premium Plus" trim level which has a higher value than the base "Premium" trim level on your Audi.
Our professional appraisal also discovered that the check engine light was illuminated, the air conditioning was blowing warm air, and a test of the vehicle's diagnostic computer returned numerous fault codes. It also alerted us to the fact that the trouble codes had been cleared 14 miles prior to arriving at our branch.
Our objective is to buy the car at a price reflective of its resale value, taking into account any issues which have a tangible impact on the resale value. Buying the car at a price that is fair to the customer and allows us to take a modest margin is the aim and we're sorry the price did not meet your expectations.

They Will Take Advantage of You
The service was very friendly, but the pricing department gave me an insulting low offer for my car.
After getting in-person offers from 3 other major dealerships for the same car (and after the other dealerships each did their own in person inspection), WeBuyAnyCar offered me 1/3 of the offer that the other 3 dealerships offered me (the other dealerships offered almost exactly the same offer amount between each 3).
Do not waste your time with this company because they will try to take advantage of you if you do not know the true value of your car.

We understand that you have received offers from other dealerships, and we appreciate that you took the time to explore all options before making a decision. We encourage our customers to compare offers and make an informed decision that works best for them. Please note that we constantly monitor the market to ensure that our offers are competitive, and we are sorry to hear that we were not able to meet your expectations on this occasion. It is highly unusual for us to be this far apart from our competitors.
We value honesty and integrity and are happy to explain any pricing decision. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the vehicle that were not declared during the online valuation process.
We discovered there were poor previous repairs on the passenger side rear exterior and the rear tailgate. In addition, the windshield was cracked and would need to be replaced.
A check of the CARFAX revealed that the vehicle was involved in a rear-impact collision with another vehicle and a report was filed by Florida Police on 11/21/2016. Whenever an accident is reported on the CARFAX, it does reduce the resale value. It's unfair but totally beyond our control.
Our objective is to buy the car at a price reflective of its resale value, taking into account any issues which have a tangible impact on the resale value. Buying the car at a price that is fair to the customer and allows us to take a modest margin is the aim and we're sorry the price did not meet your expectations.

Overall a great experience
The whole overall experience was great. The staff at We Buy Any Car was friendly and attentive to me. The gentleman who took care of me, Ben, was new to his position but really did a thorough job in handling the deal. We first looked at the title and paperwork for my car. Once that was reviewed, he did about a 20 minute complete inspection of the car. Another employee also took the car out for a brief test drive to verify its proper operation. After that we sat down to review their findings and to find out what their offer would be to purchase my car. After some negotiating back and forth we settled on a price that would be fair to both parties. I was impressed with their transparency and upfront fair policies. I would recommend this business if you need to sell your car and dont want to deal with a dealership or try to sell your vehicle privately.
