Fast and Easy Car Selling Experience

Ryan at the Lawrenceville location was awesome! We were late, but she was kind, courteous, and professional. She did a great job evaluating the car, and the process only took about 90 minutes. We got a fair price for the age and condition of the car.

Awesome to work with
We buy any car was awesome, I had gone to Carmax prior to them. Carmax was going to give me $200.00 cash for my car when I went to we buy any car, they offered $129.00. I told them Carmax offered $200.00 and they matched their offer and gave me $200.00. They are awesome! They will work with you.

The agent was great, knowledgeable, and professional. My biggest disappointment was what I considered "bait and switch" or the significant difference between the quote and the purchase price. That would be my feedback to anyone else looking to sell a car.

Was not impressed. Had them looking at 2 cars very underbid. The one car mustang 2015 Mustang started out at $6000 and he went up to $12,000 thats a big difference. Will not use again and will not refer

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and for choosing to sell your 2012 Hyundai Sonata. However, we're sorry that we could not come to an agreement to purchase the 2015 Ford Mustang.
The online valuation is an estimate based on limited information and we always carry out a professional appraisal of the vehicle before making an offer where you should have been invited to join the branch manager so that you can see what we see while appraising a used vehicle. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues with the vehicle which were not declared when you requested the free online valuation.
A check of the vehicle diagnostics revealed the following fault codes:
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0308 Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected
P0316 Misfire Detected On Startup (First 1000 Revolutions)
Additionally, when we pulled a CARFAX on your vehicle, it revealed that the car had been involved in an accident that may not have been declared to you by the dealer who sold you the vehicle. The vehicle was involved in a front impact collision with another vehicle and a police report was filed on 7/24/2017. We operate to strict ethical standards and are obligated to report that to any potential buyer. Whenever an accident is reported on the CARFAX, it reduces the resale value. It's unfair but totally beyond our control.
Our objective is to buy the car at a price reflective of its resale value, taking into account any issues that have a tangible impact on the resale value. Buying the car at a price that is fair to the customer and allows us to take a modest margin is the aim and we're sorry the price did not meet your expectations.
