Fair, honest, and efficient. It was a pleasant experience.

We had a good experience due to Chris Crisant. It does take longer than it shows on TV, but totally worth it. Chris kept us informed thru the whole process. I had check in hand when Chris pulled away. If we are in the situation to sell car again, I would call We Buy Any Car again and ask for Chris.

Jerry at the branch office was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. My only criticism is that the WEBSITE does not mention any "administrative fees" that are paid out of the sale proceeds.

Steve is always welcoming, friendly and fair. He remembered my family from a few years ago and really wanted to help us. He was fast and efficient and is a great asset to the company.
We are return customers because of him. And when needed will return again. Thanks for the great service.

Jerry Powers was very helpful and not only guided me through the process of the valuation and overall sale of my car, but even took time to explain all paperwork I was signing as well as steps I needed to take next. It was a smooth transition that I would recommend the company to anyone else that needed to sell their car.

I would like to amend my post from 7-19 which was given about the employee on duty and the business. I was impressed to receive a phone call later that day from the regional rep. every effort was given to satisfy the problem from that morning. the company has exceeded my expectations. I was fortunate to meet the rep. and a new service tech there. I don't want to use names so others don't bother them unnecessarily. even though I haven't decided to accept the offer yet. I now am giving this company a 5 star for the treatment I have received. thank you guys.

Great customer service. Jerry was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Got more than double for my car than I would have gotten from the competition or on a trade. Super easy. Walked out in 40 minutes with a live check in my hands. Super satisfied. I would recommend to anyone getting low balled on a trade.
