as I guessed
as I guessed, the original offered was not honored , your rep nickeled and dimed a 13 year old car. he misread a warning light and didn't want to hear the explanation. very disappointed with what I thought was a reputable company.

Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your car, and for welcoming our mobile buyer to your home to complete the sale. A three-star rating tells us that visit fell short of the five-star service we set out to provide on every appointment, and we apologize.
Our online valuation is an estimate built on the information provided by the customer, and when you completed yours, you told us the vehicle had no physical or mechanical issues. The final offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal, and ours identified two issues that were not reflected in the online estimate:
- An illuminated ABS warning light, requiring diagnosis and repair
- An illuminated traction control warning light, requiring diagnosis and repair
Both lights were on at the appraisal, as the photographs of the dashboard taken during the visit show.
We invite every customer to stay with our buyer through the appraisal so they can see what we see as it happens. When you shared what you knew about those lights, you deserved to be heard, and to have their effect on our offer explained before you decided to accept or reject it.
We have escalated this to the Area Manager responsible for our Pittsburgh team, who is investigating how that conversation went and will be reaching out to you directly. Making this right, and giving you the five-star experience every customer is owed, is what we are committed to.
