Melanie whom came to my home to do the inspection of my car and all the paperwork was amazing, personable and genuine. My only gripe is not with her but with your financial department who offered me less than half of what the online website suggested I would get compensated for. Online it was suggested that we buy any cars would offer me $4,585. After Melanie's inspection she populated the information in her computer system and I was offered $2,100. She rebutted with someone electronically in your finance department who said $2,500 was the final offer and was not willing to negotiate further. This is not very transparent, I could see maybe the price dropping $1,000 but not over half. My car was in good condition, one simple dent on the back, needed a typical cleaning inside and out, by no means was the car a disgraceful mess, it had a brand new battery in it and was well taken care of with zero work ever required due to an accident or other mode of damage. No justification to offer $2485 less than suggested online.

I sold my car to WeBuyAnyCar in Allentown. It was a great experience, and the whole reason behind our great experience is because of Carter. From the very first second he was very polite and inviting. Inspected the car, took it for a test drive and got right to business. Carter tackled everything with extreme professionalism and handled everything with the selling process in a timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and did not keep you in the dark about anything. He helped me get a fantastic amount on my car too. Pretty dam close to what I would get private party honestly speaking. A real no bullsh*t company.
But again Carter is the man to go to if you’re working with this branch. Great experience.
