They were very professional and respectful.

This was our third vehicle sold. It was a very nice, experience again. The Representative was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, because you would think these things would take forever.

Easy and straightforward. Staff was helpful in explaining everything involved.

My guy Hector at the shop was great 👍, friendly and informative, he was the only reason why I stuck around to negotiate "give that man a raise". I feel that we buy any car could/should give a realistic online appraisal from the website, they offer you premium price just to get you to the shop! Then they throw a completely different price that's way (way) lower. Anything Automotive these days sucks because prices are sky hi, The haggling and negotiating is the worst part because of how long I was at the shop. If they can improve on the back end of things (feels like The wizard of Oz) with the people you can't see that really crunch the numbers (pay no attention to the man behind the curtain) that would make the experience a lot better in my mind. Just to give you an idea online told me $12k but they started at an actual offer of $4k (laughable). They did buy my truck, we eventually agreed on a decent price. I understand it is a business and they need to make money, also. I also understand that they got to set the bar early and work their way up. I just did not like that I was negotiating for 2 hours.

The process was smooth from start to finish. Although my in person evaluation of my vehicle was less then the initial online value (which I expected) I still received a satisfactory payout for my vehicle. Frances was great to work with. I highly recommend her and this location!

This is the first time I have ever used a noncardealership to sell my car too. I had a phone call with Dominic and he was very informational and was able to answer all my questions, also explained everything in detail and maybe everything very easy to understand. Brenton came out to look at my Lexus and did the exact same thing, explained everything in detail and I was able to understand. Both really helped me not only sell my Lexus with a very comfortable and friendly company, but I was able to sell at a price that was so reasonable how could I not say yes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone, I would definitely use them again for car in the future.
