I HAVE USED WEBSTARTS FOR OVER 20 YEARS ON MULTIPLE WEBSITES...ACTUALLY ALMOST 15 OF THEM AND THEY ARE HELPFUL AND ANSWER AND HAVE GREAT VIDEOS ON HOW TO DO THINGS AND WHEN ITS REALLY TOUGH, JUST WRITE THEM A NOTE AND THEY ARE HERE TO HELP. I THINK THEY RULE FOR DO IT YOURSELF WEBSITES!

Using WebStarts from years and I would like to say that platform is awesome, support is always helpful, media management, lead magnets, email marketing, all in one. Easy to use, even easy that MS Word to create beautiful personal portfolio, website. OF course there no automations that are required for a company website, but most of the users need a simple website for their company or small shop.

The service I receive from Webstarts is timely and prompt. I 100% recommend Webstarts for your landing pages, corporate website, even membership site. Their email service is also quite affordable!

This website is user friendly . With all that is on the net , you can make an amazing site by using a blank template. It's the best and I've tried many but webstart is the one who gets my vote. Tutorial videos for everything. The chat response is immediately and always done in a very professional manner . Totally worth every penny. Love this site.

I have been a Webstarts customer since 2014 and am very happy with the service. I love how easy it is to update or change my website. I recently started a new business and created my own website using Webstarts' template and then customizing it. I was up and running in no time. Any time I've had to contact them I get a prompt response and they are very helpful.

I have started using webstarts again after trying wordpress. I have to admit that webstarts is amazing. Maybe thay have done some updates lately or started using it less superficially. I recomment webstarts. Simple to use and very intuitive.Customer service response is rapid.

You need to include autosave. If you load your page or the network fails, you will just lose your work. That is the worst thing about this website builder.

I did not properly transfer my domain name ownership from my former host SquareSpace to Webstarts. Once my SquareSpace account expired, my new Webstarts website went offline. Webstarts tech support was sympathetic and patient as they explained my options. On Webstarts' advice l found the solution on the SquareSpace help center page, where l learned l could still transfer my domain name even with my account expired. Once l got my authorization code from SquareSpace, Webstarts got my webpage back online almost immediately.
