Schlecht sehr schlecht!! Nach Tagen bekam ich die Nachricht das Teil ist verkauft und ich bekomme das Geld zurück !! Aber das Teil ist noch immer online!! Und mein Geld habe ich noch nicht zurück!!! Miserabel!!!

Everything okay, the shop contacted me before sending the part if i accept with it’s state (it had some small defect). The part arrived as on the photo. + good price.
We purchased a part. The description stated that the part was functional. We received a broken part. Return shipping was refused. They claim it was broken during shipping. The package was undamaged. Fraud.
I placed an order with this company after 2 days I cancelled it and refunded it properly. The employees are friendly I have no complaints at all
Nie wieder von dieser Plattform etwas kaufen. Meine Ehefrau hat ein Airbag Steuergerät gekauft. Die Werkstatt ( VW
und Seat Partner) hat das Teil eingebaut und festgestellt, das defekt ist!
Sie hat sich an dem Kundenservice angewendet und bekam so eine Antwort - " Hallo, es tut mir leid, aber alle Fristen sind bereits verstrichen "…............tolle Antwort, tolles Service!!!
Die Rechnung für das Teil kam an 10.01.2025 , die Versuchsreparatur war am 24.01.2025 und sie hat sich am 25.01.2025 angemeldet!!!
Es handelt sich um ein Teil , das man nicht selber einbauen und prüfen kann, das ist nur von Fachwerkstatt möglich! Das heißt man braucht Termin für so etwas!!!
So im kurzen, die ganze Geschichte hat uns soviel gekostet - 119 Euro für ein defektes Teil, 200 Euro für das Reparaturversuch, ein noch nicht repariertes Auto und viele Nerven!!!
Ist das ein korrekter Händler? Nein, nein und nein, so kann man nicht verkaufen!!!
I ordered a used electronic part for my 20 year old Peugeot in a decent price. I was never kept up to date on order status but the delivery time was good - about a week. I did had to ask for the invoice separately. Order arrived very well packed and in nice external condition although a bit dirty. Part was found partly defective. Customer service was little cumbersome to get a hold on but they were polite and they refunded very fair amount of the price as I was willing to keep the working parts of the item. Some spare parts can be difficult to check in advance for proper functionality so that´s always a risk when buying used parts, good to keep in mind. Customer service is important in this business and I felt satisfied even though this part was not as great.
