My experience with Pegasus was extremely disappointing. My flight was canceled due to the war between Iran and the U.S., but I received no notification from the airline. I sent hundreds of emails and online messages, but all their responses were just automated, empty promises. This company completely ignored the issues faced by passengers, and I am truly upset by this neglect

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Pegasus Airlines. My first flight was delayed due to weather, which caused me to miss my connection. What followed at the airport was a complete nightmare.
There was absolutely no proper support from Pegasus staff — I was left alone dealing with the situation for more than 5 hours, going back and forth in endless arguments just to get basic assistance. Instead of helping, the staff made everything more difficult, and I had to fight and argue with the Pegasus office just to receive the accommodation and rebooking that should have been provided right away.
No passenger should have to go through this kind of stress and humiliation after already dealing with a flight delay. This airline has shown me how poorly they treat customers, and I would strongly advise avoiding Pegasus if you want reliable service or even basic respect when things go wrong.

Am 27.07.2025 hatte ich einen Flug von Basel nach Gaziantep über Istanbul. Aufgrund eines Problems in Istanbul musste ich meinen Weiterflug sowie den Rückflug vollständig stornieren – laut den Bedingungen hätte mir dafür eine Rückerstattung zugestanden.
Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche habe ich vom Kundenservice keine einzige Antwort erhalten. Meine Anfragen wurden ignoriert und eine Rückerstattung habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen.
Der Service von Pegasus Airlines war für mich unprofessionell, schlecht erreichbar und absolut enttäuschend. Ich kann diese Airline leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Unreliable company, unclear when you buy a ticket, unclear when adding luggage, which gives them the possibility to charge you extra at the airport. They often change the order of flights, which puts you at risk of missing a connecting flight. A cheap company that will cost you dearly.
Abzocke
Uns (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) wurde das Boarding wegen Überbuchung verwehrt. Sie sagten uns wir sollen beim Gate warten und wenn jemand nicht zum Boarding erscheint können wir fliegen. Wir warteten bis zum Schluss und durften nicht an Board. Dann wurden wir am Flughafen hin und her geschickt ohne dass uns jemand geholfen hat. Beim Schalter der Pegasus Airline war eine arrogante und Inkompetente Dame die weder geholfen hat, noch irgendeine Ahnung hatte wie es jetzt weitergeht. Wir wurden einfach so stehen gelassen. Dann hatten wir noch Probleme unser Gepäck zurück zu bekommen. Sie sagten uns wir können am nächsten Tag mit einer Maschine von Antalya nach München fliegen, und schauen wie wir nach Salzburg kommen, oder erst vier Tage später wieder einen Direktflug nehmen. Zum Glück war am Schalter neben Pegasus Airline ein aufmerksamer Herr von Türkisch Airline und sagte uns dass noch ein Flug nach Wien geht. Den haben sie uns dann nach Aufforderung in letzter Minute umgebucht. Wir sind dann am Abend verspätet in Wien angekommen und mussten in der Nacht mit dem Zug nach Salzburg fahren. Es sind Mehrkosten für Zug und Taxifahrt entstanden, von der Odyssee am Flughafen ganz abgesehen.
Die haben ja alle Daten von uns und wussten dass ein 6 Jahre altes Kind dabei ist. Wir versuchen seit über einen Monat eine Entschädigung zu bekommen und werden immer abgeblockt. Es ist eine Frechheit dass man überhaupt mehr Plätze verkaufen darf als vorhanden sind, in der Hoffnung dass jemand nicht erscheint. Diese Airline ist Abzocke pur und sollte auf keinen Fall gebucht werden. Das sind die übelsten Kriminellen.

This airline is scam I had booked flight back to India from London and also all my transit were below 2 hours this bogus company people had given me confirmation on my checkin and later ask me to get visa at the time of boarding.
The same travel I have done through sun airlines a month back they never asked me to do get any visa.
And this c grade company ask me to do my evisa after doing it they took in priority passenger and give my seat to them and delisted my seat when I said you let them in and why not me this pesant wants me to walk out of airport.
Any Indian or Asian never travel through this pesant airline.

I don’t know where to begin, but I would definitely advise you to stay away from Air Line for the past two weeks after the cancellation flight on the 9th of July I’ve been begging them. I’ve been calling them every day because originally I bought the ticket from the third-party but still it’s the airline that I’ve booked with. I’ve explained that this is not a holiday, my wife and kids need to go to Tehran because my sister-in-law has been discharged from the hospital and she’s been given Max three weeks to live I’ve been crying I’ve sent all the medical reports I’ve sent emails of opening cases and they give you hope and then the ring back and tell you the same thing after three days of running around I’m waiting they are rude they are heartless. It doesn’t matter what you say to them. They will not help you. The only thing that I care about is the money and nothing else and they keep on telling you I’m sorry. Go back to agency very rude coldhearted honestly pay a bit extra go to a different airline I never ever had any problem every single year my wife and kids fly out for summertime and I’ve never ever had any problem with any of these airlines except this it’s the nightmare please please I’m begging you to avoid getting ticket from these guys even though if he’s hundred pound £200 £300 cheaper please stay away from them the play with peoples feeling they don’t care honestly it is absolutely nightmare. I’ve been begging them I’ve been crying I’ve been begging them over and over again but they just ignore you as I’m giving you this message at 7:30 in the morning for the last two days they’ve been telling me we’re having an emergency meeting. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. My luggage was damaged, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I have received no resolution. They do not respond to emails, and after four calls to their service line, I am still left without a solution.
There is no proactive communication, no feedback, and no accountability. It is frustrating to be ignored, especially when dealing with a damaged product. I expected better service and responsiveness. Avoid this company if you expect any level of customer support.

The most shit and racism airline i have seen. It was second time i book flight with Pegasus. I booked a flight from London Stansted to Tbilisi Georgia on 6th December 2024 , I booked a comfort flex package online which gives you Xlarge Sits and more benefits and charges more than other packages. I had 20 kg check in luggage and a cabin luggage + small personal item. When i been in counter they didn’t let me go through and told me your cabin liggage in abit bigger than normal size . They charged me £180 for a small suitcase which i could took inside plane. When i went to board i asked other agents told me they charged you illegally. Maximum payment should be £50 . Its while when i been in flight i saw 80 % people had similar suitcase size but the problem was I am not from turkey .also there was a turkish man which i think was manager and he talked to me very rude . When i complained told me I stop you to going to flight. I will never ever use this horrible turkish airline.

Ich habe ein Familienreisepaket über einen Reiseveranstalter gekauft, der leider Pegasus als Träger hat. Da der Pegasus-Basistarif keine Verpflegung beinhaltet, habe ich beschlossen, ein Lunchpaket für die Familie zu kaufen. Nachdem ich 40 € auf der Pegasus-Website mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte, erhielt ich keine Bestätigung meiner Bestellung. Während des Fluges erklärte die Crew, dass sie keine Informationen über „Sandwiches“ in unseren Namen habe. Nachdem ich das Ticket 10939055 eingereicht und die Situation erklärt hatte, antwortete der Support, dass „der Flugpreis kein Sandwich beinhaltet“ und erklärte, dass weitere Überprüfungen nicht möglich seien (obwohl ein Zahlungsnachweis und eine Beschreibung vorgelegt wurden) – wobei die Tatsache ignoriert wurde, dass sie mir *tatsächlich* 40 € in Rechnung gestellt haben.
Also insgesamt:
* Leistungen, für die Sie bezahlen, werden nicht erbracht
* Sie erhalten keine Bestätigung Ihrer Bestellung.
* Der Support versucht einfach, Sie loszuwerden, ohne den Fall tatsächlich zu prüfen.
* Das Ticketsystem ermöglicht Ihnen keine Anzeige des Ticketverlaufs.
Geld zu nehmen, ohne Dienstleistungen zu erbringen, ist eine äußerst zwielichtige Praxis, die für jeden, der die Dienste nutzen möchte, ein Warnsignal sein sollte.

Re-book flight without informing.
They don't give confirmation of your flight ticket in pdf when/after booking. Next they re-booked our flight without notification via email or any other means. When we arrive at the airport they claim we missed our flight (we were not aware it was rebooked.) And the personnel on the ground is not qualified to help us. We have to phone a nbr with a long queue which in the end didn't solve it. They take no responsibility.

Run away, pay more elsewhere or even extend your journeys to NEVER take it. Verbally violent staff. There were about fifteen of us suffering the tyranny and sadism of this airline: well before the plane took off, they didn't let us board for a few seconds, or even one or two at most. While the plane was still well on the ground, several people had even already sent their luggage. Well, let's say that ok it was our fault. Even if we could read a joyful and sadistic look on the face of the crew who watched us panic and beg to go back (I specify, boarding had JUST closed: it wasn't 5 or 6 minutes later but really 1 to 2 max). Pwr elsewhere, SAW airport was terribly lacking in signs and we were all stepping on each other because there are way way way way too many people for very narrow corridors; we can barely move around and moving forward is a real pain, And hey for such a slight delay, it doesn't hurt to be a little understanding and empathetic. It happens. If it had been even 5 minutes after closing, we would have understood but that wasn't the case. Or even if there was another flight that day which wasn't the case either. In addition, the luggage had already left and some were making a connection. Also, there wouldn't have been so many of us if what they were doing was consistent. So yes, we are partly at fault but nothing justifies what follows... you are going to completely HALLUCINATE.
It was a Sunday at 1pm and many, including me, couldn't afford to take the only flight they offered us: the next day at 10:25am. They SEIZED and TOOK our passports (yes yes you read that right) for over an hour and a half without giving them back to us, even after my request (first redflag), making us believe that they wanted to help us find another flight the same day and made us change location 4 times asking us to wait each time, without our passports therefore without being able to leave, to simply redirect us to the exit door with a smile on our faces. But that's not the scariest thing about this company: two women, barely twenty years old, were completely in a panic attack because they couldn't afford to postpone the flight until the next day. They were just scared and were anxious and screaming about it (nothing more! Not even insults) What did the company do in your opinion? They called the police who arrested them. It was inhuman to see, it melted our hearts, we were all in shock and we all calmed down after that, while we were furious and insisting on having something else. At the same time, if they call and arrest without qualms two harmless young women who were just angry, instead of trying to reassure them, what would they have done to us? The rest of the people were men? I specify that they neither attacked nor pushed anyone or even anything physically, they were just screaming. Did it deserve that they be taken away in front of our eyes like criminals? You had to experience it to believe it. After that, we all shut our mouths and accepted our fate under the sadistic and mocking looks of the entire Pegasus team. We tried to negotiate as much as possible but it was not worth putting ourselves IN DANGER. I also hope that these two women called their embassies (Spanish or Italian I think), that they are well and that the countries of which they are nationals will act diplomatically in the face of such a violation of rights and certain inhumanity. I was so afraid myself that I waited to write this text until I got home to France. Obviously, apart from all that, I don't need to say that I have never encountered such rude, mean and unprofessional staff. One of the members, when we were talking to him, left in the middle of our conversation, ignoring us and went to lock himself in the cabin. Pathetic and so disrespectful, as if we were wild animals. We were just panicking and it showed. A few kind words towards us would have been enough to calm the situation down immediately. Yes, yes, you are not dreaming of everything you have read. I promise to boycott for life this airline that you should all ban forever. I will do everything in my power to inform as many people as possible, starting with those around me in Paris, and I will even inform local elected officials to prevent a French resident from experiencing a similar situation.
Shame on you. I sincerely hope that your company will close its doors and that the country realizes the danger that you are causing to tourists in addition to simply disgusting them with a country that is so beautiful and so rich. We all have the same conclusion: we loved Turkey and we all swore to never set foot there again. We all think the same, we don't recover from such a shock.

And believe me, you will have a very bad experience and it will cost you a lot.
