Customer Service and Quality!
Loved the customer service! It was so easy to deal with and fast in response as well. I was worried about my order issues I had since I'm located outside of the UK, but the customer service and support I received was super helpful! The coat quality is superb by the way!!

Top quality customer service … and clothes
I loved the clothes - excellent quality. Sadly my son didn’t, so I had to return them. Customer service was absolutely excellent - much better than I expected or have received from bigger brands.

Excellent quality overshirt
Excellent quality overshirt, lovely colour and fit. Sent extremely quickly just before Christmas. Had some questions and the customer care team got back to me instantly. I will definitely shop at Wax again.

Quick and easy returns/exchange process
Bought two overshirts on sale that were too small. I contacted their customer service team who wrote back immediately with a return shipping label from US to London and they went on and processed the exchange as soon as I dropped the package off with DHL. All around the holidays!

Customer Care very helpful!
I plan to buy a jacket for my son for a Christmas present. I had a few questions regarding the sizes. I contacted the Customer Care and they were very prompt and friendly with their replies. And this information is helpful in making the purchase decision.

25 euros to return just one item
I had to return one of the items. The return price is incredibly high : 25 euros from France to the UK for just one item. How can you charge 10 euros to ship a single item when you sell it, and more than twice as much for a return ? I'll never buy anything from Wax ever again.

Returns & Refund worked
I was sent the wrong colour and size overshirt. Pity but this happens. However I thought the customer service was excellent. Quick on email replies and I got refunded everything. Overall it took about 3 weeks or so but was reassured by email. I don’t live in the UK so dealing with euro. All good and thumbs up for excellent customer service

VERY bad experience
I had a VERY bad experience with Wax, and they ripped me off. I ordered a coat for which I wanted to change the size. They apparently could not give me the proper return label and told me to pay it myself and that I would get a FULL REFUND. Unfortunately that was just a lie and I did not get the money back.
Apart from that the customer service was very poor, mistakes upon mistakes and very careless behaviour. Never again! 👎
