Ordered a Xmas present for my husband on the 8th of December. Didn’t get any follow up post order. Sent an email to customer services on the 17th only to find out on the 18th they do not have the item in stock and have to issue me a refund. This is poor seeing as I had to contact them to find this out. Yet when ordering it said I should have my product within 2-3 business days. Now I’m left with finding a present last minute and I don’t even have time to do so as I leave the country tomorrow morning.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The product speaks for itself. High quality and worth every penny but what stood out for me was the customer service. I did have a problem and it wasn’t anything to do with them but unfortunately my package was stolen. As soon as I reached out the customer service team fixed it for me right away. I will 100% be buying more from Wax London. Amazing.

Quality of product is excellent. Customer service was exceptional in helping resolve an issue. Response was very quick, courteous and efficient. I would certainly buy again from Wax.

Wax London Customer Care made tremendous efforts to locate and send me an item to match a local outlet Wax purchase. Throughout the process the staff were courteous and sent me regular updates as they were clearly eager to help. The items theselves were high quality and I will certainly make more purchases.

Bought a linen suit and tee online for a Summer wedding and Caribbean holiday and it was awesome. Recieved lots of great comments. But even better I messed up a discount code somehow at checkout and a while later the super nice support people gave me a refund for the amount I should have got off. Excellent customer service!

To be fair from the start, I have been a long term customer of Wax, purchasing their products since 2020. I don't spend an awful lot of money on clothes, but the majority of my wardrobe is full of t shirts, short and long sleeve shirts and other items of clothing from Wax. My family knows that I love their products so much that pretty much every birthday and Christmas I end up with a new t shirt as a gift!

However, I have had a few issues with quality here and there. Most of these issues have been resolved when raised so I've been pretty happy with the after care and customer service generally.

That being said, in April I decided to buy a new pair of trousers and shorts from Wax. When they arrived everything was great as usual. However, after just a few weeks of wear (and not that often either) I noticed that the fixing of the buttons on both items of clothing became very loose very quickly, to the point where both buttons popped off the trousers when putting them on within the space of a week. The buttons were fixed pretty flimsily in place by a very thin and quite poor piece of cotton threading, so it's not surprise they came loose as the quality of this was clearly poor. The threading pulled away so easily that there's simply no trace of a button having ever been fixed to both items of clothing.

I first emailed customer services about this on 4th July 2025 to try and resolve. I wasn't looking for a refund but I did expect a like for like replacement as the quality clearly wasn't good - you simply don't expect a button to fall loose from your clothes after just a few weeks. If it was just the one item I would have taken this as a one off but for it to happen to both was a sign of poor quality across the board. Being a long term customer I was happy to see past this with the help of customer services to resolve.

3 weeks later, I still haven't had a response from the Customer Services team to help resolve my issue (despite following up with 4 separate emails). This is simply unacceptable and as a long term customer, I'm afraid to say I won't be spending anymore money with Wax. This order was the final straw, bad quality clothing combined with non existent customer service and after care just can't be justified (come on, surely the team can't be so busy that they can't respond to an email?). Even a simple email to confirm my query had been received and was being looked into is basic courtesy, I would suggest re-emphasising the relationship between good customer service and customer retention to your team.

Wax clothing isn't cheap, their items are expensive and with that you expect high quality. More to the point, if something goes wrong you expect good customer service considering the price point. I simply can't justify spending money on clothes which won't last, from a Company who can't offer basic customer care. When people are spending their hard earnt money at your business, over a long period of time, you really should value that customer loyalty before it's too late.

I recently placed an order as a new customer, and inadvertently forgot to utilize my 10% discount. I contacted Wax London’s customer service and they immediately applied the retroactive discount to my order. Impressive.

Initially had an issue with a return and was not getting a response via email. After I posted a review the issue was resolved within 24 hours

I absolutely love Wax! Their pants are some of the best I’ve ever owned—great quality, perfect fit, and super stylish. I just placed an order for a couple of shirts and can’t wait to get them. On top of the amazing products, their customer service is truly top notch. They’re incredibly easy to deal with and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Always a great experience shopping with them!

Delivery was fast, and the customer service was excellent. The shorts and T-shirt I purchased are great quality and fit perfectly—I’m very happy with my items!

I bought 2 different pairs of trainers from these guys approximately 2 months ago knowing I had 30 days to return one of the pairs if I didn’t love them both.
I chose my favourite as they were similar and went on holiday with them thinking, I’ll return the others when I get back.
I am extremely busy running a business and managing two teenagers, so obviously I forgot as they were in the spare room, and I found them way after 30 days.
I sent an email to ask if I could return them with restocking charge expecting either a flat no, or 30-50% restock charge.
The customer service team were excellent and said to send them back and they would give me a credit to use in store and online.
I have worked in sales for 29 years, and have seen and received terrible customer service.
This is the best customer service that I have received that I can remember!!!

Suspect I'm rather too old to really be representative of this brand's target market... so they might not be happy to hear this from me, but they do make a nice overshirt! I've bought a few bits from them over the past year or so and have always been very happy with the quality of the garments. Delivery has been pretty good too - everything arrived within a couple of days.

I do love Wax clothes but the sizing is all over the place. I’ve now bought two pairs of the same trouser in the same size just different colour and did the same for a pair of their corduroys and they are significantly different. One was much tighter and one was shorter by a decent amount. Same style but made completely differently. Makes it hard to order again as you’ve no idea what size will actually be behind the label 🤷🏻‍♂️

Such fantastic service, as a first time buyer and getting a little excited at all the goodies i ordered, i forgot to apply the 10% first time buyer discount. which due to the size of the order was fairly big. I emailed the team who came back to me within an hour and sorted it out right away. Great service and really looking forward to receiving my new clobber tomorrow

Apart from the great garment I bought from Wax the buying and delivery were brilliant. Would not hesitate to buy from them again, highly recommended

I was given a Wax London voucher for my birthday. When processing an order I mistakenly placed the order in full without applying the voucher code and the order went through in full. I emailed Wax explaining my mistake and they replied the next working day and dealt with the issue without any dramas.
