10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I ordered a poster for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift and it looked AMAZING. When I ordered the poster it said it would arrive within 7-10 business days, but even with the holiday rush it showed up about 2 days early. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH IT

I would like to preface this by stating that I love the product. The poster (once received) was beautiful. However, the lack of communication, confirmation of order, and zero response reaching out through contact on the website to rectify this…left me more than dissatisfied with my overall experience.

My son is enjoying his present. I feel like the price was a little steep however. I bought something similar for my other son and did not pay as much and I was able to get it as a metal sign. Great gift, good value.

A Beyond Amazing Gift!

These prints were such a thoughtful and unique gift for someone I share a love of music with. I bought two "classic", "detailed" prints that were both dark blue and purple respectively and they came out great. I would buy the prints again. I would also invest in frames or hangers.

I got two prints for a friend for Christmas and she loved them! The prints were a great quality and such a unique present.

We have never received our purchase. Ordered it, received an email saying that it was being printed, then received an email saying it was shipped. We are 10 days out from that email, and the tracking information says that the USPS has never received it. I emailed WAVIFUL, and he said he was working on it. I haven’t heard any update from them, and that was over a week ago.
I’m Hoping the holidays had something to do with the mix up. But unfortunately, I am not impressed with the customer service. And now I am out the money that I paid for the project, and put a gift foe someone that I needed to give a gift to for the holidays. I am hoping the situation will be resolved, but as of right now, at the time of the review request it has not.

really bummed out actually! thought that it was going to be framed (as pictured) so was expecting that but it just came rolled up … and thought it would be nicer quality — it arrived way later than expected and was waiting for it for a long time! was supposed to make it here for christmas for my brother’s gift.

Ordered a custom print for my roommate's birthday and it looked exactly like the preview. Going to frame it and give it to her, I'm excited for her to see it! Great customer service and fast shipping—will definitely be ordering again!

I just got two posters in the mail and I cannot wait to hang them up! I have seen sites offering a similar product, but this has been the only site where you can choose a specific album (instead of just choosing from their selection).

Mike was super helpful and gave me tracking info quickly via the online chat. I can’t wait for my boyfriend to get his print!

Waviful's site was easy to use and fun to mess around with and create different custom music albums on. I ended up purchasing a Kid Cudi album, and the poster was at my door within 4 days. It's hanging in my office and looks beautiful. Going to be buying friends and family posters for the Holidays!
