when I got the shipping, although it says, please let 10 business days, it’s been over that I still have not received my products. Reach out to customer service and it was a long reply time with minimal information..

I hated the poster - cheap looking and came damaged

My package was not delivered and I have not heard back from customer service in over 24 hours.

We love the album poster we got for our friends! We got it to celebrate their wedding anniversary with the song/album from their first dance. We hope to use Waviful again for similar gifts

Unfortunately my purchase was not a good experience. I accidentally ordered two posters and in the confirmation email it said to send any changes or cancellations within an hour. I did so within 5 minutes. Was still charged for both. I was told that I would receive a partial refund after complaining and never did. In addition both posters arrived damaged and are too bent to be hung in a frame. The print quality is very poor and the audio waves just look like a blob. Overall it was a great disappointment all around!

Overall, I really love the prints! The detail on them is amazing, and I love the design options that were given to me. My only complaint is how they roll it up for shipping. I would prefer it be laid flat and shipped in a slim box. If that could be done in the future for shipping, I would be glad to buy another for a gift.

Shipping came a little later than expected but overall it turned out to be amazing quality! Perfect birthday gift for my Dad! He absolutely loves it and immediately put it up after he opened it! He told me it was the best gift he’s ever had in a long time. This is a really cool idea, I highly suggest it to others!

Horrible customer service and bad product. I cancelled my order 10 min after I ordered it and they wouldn’t refund it. After multiple emails, they offered a partial refund, but haven’t responded in a week.

I canceled my order to order a similar product at another company and got both wave posters. Waviful’s isn’t as aesthetic and the product itself is just mediocre compared to others. The frame is cheaply made as well.

Company is unresponsive to any and all acts of communication. Inadequate and unprofessional.

I ordered 4 posters and one of them came with a misprint. I tried to reach out to have the print redone and it took months before someone made the initiative to give me a partial refund. Now I am trying to order another print for the one that was misprinted and the same design is not showing up on the website, yet nobody will answer my emails/DMs about what is going on. Customer service could use a lot of work.

Still waiting for my poster. I’ve emailed customer support and even messaged Waviful on Instagram and have no update. I ordered it as a birthday present a week and a half in advance of my friend’s birthday, and unless it arrives asap I’ll have to get them something else.

It was a great product. Don’t get me wrong. My friend i got the poster for was so happy with it. However, their lack of communication is beyond words. I emailed the support team twice and I received no responses. I also never got any word that my order had even shipped. Great product, need to work on customer support cause it’s not there

I have spent an entire month attempting to get in contact with customer support with no success. This is immensely frustrating, especially because I have ordered from waviful in the past with success. I am happy with the products I have received, but the lack of communication when I am trying to ask a simple question is disappointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My product arrived broken. I emailed and sent pictures. “Mike” (possibly the owner?) that a replacement was on the way. This was 7 weeks ago, for an order that was placed before Christmas. Now there is no response to repeated emails asking for an update or any information.
Bottom line: terrible product (because it is broken) and horrible customer service

Amazing product and communication

I loved the poster it ended up really great! Better than I expected. My only concern is in the modern format it cuts off longer song titles, but other than that I liked it.

The posters look great, they are a nice addition to my room and represent something I love, Music! The only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars is the quality of the frame I purchased as a package with the posters is a little bit lacking as it had some chips and spots that were missing paint.
