I’ve been impressed with the…

I’ve been impressed with the communication from Watson since we moved into the building. Most recently I had an issue and Kath Simpson responded promptly and did everything within her power to rectify it, which I really appreciated. No left wondering if anyone actually cares. Watson just took over PM

Watson just took over the block management of the the building where I own an apartment. So far so good. Transparent, clear and efficient communication. Good support from the team and specifically from James Thompson. I hope Watson will make improvements in the service delivery and service quality which is going to be important for the overall building's perception and value for the future. Though it is still early days but I am quite happy with their level of engagement and support. I hope it will continue and I will return back again to review it.

Professional service

I had a noise issue with neighbours for a long time, Kathleen Simpson at Watson Property Management was incredibly helpful in resolving it. Kathleen was professional, understanding, and took action by sending a letter and email to residents. After this communication, the noise has stopped. I truly appreciate the support and the care taken to handle this serious matter.

In an industry that doesn't always have the best reputation, Aleena Khan at Watson PM stands out. She is always diligent, patient, friendly and polite. At a recent inspection of our service charge accounts, she had prepared everything in great detail and was knowledgable on any issues that we wanted more information on.

Amazing customer service

Not usually one to write reviews but really exceptional service from Aleena and James after having numbers of issues with the building that the estate agents could not sort Aleena has gone above and beyond to make sure the building is now a safe and peaceful place to live with her commitment to visiting the building weekly to check the upkeep of the block. Could not be more grateful to both of you.

Absolutely crap company

Absolutely crap company . Costs rise year on year .asked for a breakdown of the cost and turns out we were charged for things at another property with the same name . Asked for a refund and was refused . Windows not cleaned for about 6 months , when e- mailed was told contractor issues ( think the company quit because they weren't paid enough) finally cleaned , but guess what still charged for the whole year . Grounds are a complete mess , fences broken and walls crumbling , but guess what , no funds to repair. Final straw was when they tried to charge each flat £500 extra just before Christmas to replace windows in a communal area that not one flat had access to ( how that's communal I have no idea ) . Finally getting rid of them and employing a different company . They still want paying up til the end of May but refused to fix an issue with the facia boards ,because they are being sacked at the end of May , but last time I looked it was still May and if your being paid until the end of that month then anything that needs doing before the end of that month should be done surley .
Absolute joke of a company and I would steer well clear

While we welcome all feedback as an opportunity to improve, we feel it is important to clarify that your review contains a number of factual inaccuracies.

To confirm, there was an administrative error relating to an invoice that was issued incorrectly; however, this was identified and rectified promptly, and no charge was applied to your account, contrary to your statement.
Regarding the ground’s maintenance contractor, they ceased attendance and we were unable to establish contact with them. No refund was issued as your service charge operates on a retrospective basis, meaning the charges applied related to the previous year during which the service had been delivered. No charges were applied for any missed or failed visits.

The additional £500 charge was raised at the request of our client to cover works that you are obliged to undertake under the terms of your lease. As you are aware, this charge was subsequently removed.

In terms of the timing of correspondence, your financial year runs from the 1st of January. The information was therefore issued prior to Christmas to ensure you had the relevant details ahead of the new financial year, and this timing is not something we are able to amend.

Finally, your comments regarding the fascia works are not accurate. We have obtained quotations for the required works; however, due to timescale constraints, these will not be undertaken before the change in managing agents. All relevant information will be passed to the incoming agent, as previously confirmed.

Well Watsons at it again !!!!!!!

Well, what can I say this time?
Had an email from Watsons property management Leeds
This stated that they had had a complaint about noise coming from my apartment
I believe I know who has complained and after living there 11 years this is the first time a complaint has been made against myself
Anyway, to cut a long story short there is no evidence of this so-called noise, no recordings and again watsons Property management have failed to investigate it leaving me no option but to refuse their offer of a lease breach in the future
Which they said will come if it continues (laughable)
However, we are looking for a new property management company after voting at the AGM to cut ties with this incompetent company of years
Below is the email sent
We have received a complaint about the level of noise coming from your apartment.
Noise early in the morning
This is the email I received today…..
I would like to remind you of your responsibility regarding this problem. The notes below are intended to help you minimise any noise that you may create unknowingly in order to help your neighbours.
Simple actions such as removing your shoes in your apartment will reduce any sounds transmitted through the floors. The volume of your TV, and stereo should be monitored to ensure that any fluctuation in the volume is adjusted accordingly.
This could be the difference in volume between channels that you may not notice immediately but will create a noise nuisance for neighbouring apartments.
If you intend to hold a one-off party, it may be worth letting your neighbours know in advance.
It is detailed in your lease agreement that everyone is entitled to quiet enjoyment within their property.
Should this behaviour of loud noise on a morning continue, lease breach proceedings may commence.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the communication that has been sent to you.

I would like to clarify that the action taken by Watsons was in line with our standard procedures for handling complaints of this nature. When a noise complaint is received, we are obliged to notify the resident concerned to make them aware of the allegation and to prevent any potential ongoing disturbance to other occupants. At this stage, we are not making any determination or allegation of wrongdoing, nor are we issuing a formal breach of lease. The correspondence was intended as an initial notification to ensure all residents are reminded of their obligations under the terms of the lease, particularly in relation to nuisance and noise. Our role is to act upon all complaints received in a fair and consistent manner, regardless of the history of the resident involved.

Should further reports be received, we would review any additional information available at that time before considering whether any further action is necessary.

The front desk of any Company is most…

The front desk of any Company is most important as it projects an image of the Company and first impressions count.
The two ladies on the front desk at Watsons PM are fantastic as a former Receptionist myself I am very critical of Customer Service anywhere but Michelle and Georgia do not disappoint.
As a customer and Resident in one of the managed blocks I often need help and Georgia and Michelle always deliver either putting me through to the right person or recording my needs to pass onto the maintenance or the credit control departments for example.
Well done girls I feel people often overlook the Reception team and they shouldn’t as it is a very important part of any Company a first class service from you all a very satisfied customer.
