Stayed at the Waters Edge for the weekend and we were blown away with what we got! Every room was done to the highest standard, fully equipped and the location was just perfect for us! Will be returning in the future for sure!

WOW what can you not like about waters edge! The most relaxing place everything is incredible and the positioning is just perfect,

This beautiful holiday home is a hidden gem. Watching the tide roll in from your bed was truly wonderful. The whole holiday home has been finished to a high standard, equipt with everything you could need during your stay. Every little detail has been thought of. We stayed here with our two children who loved every minute. We shall be back again soon to enjoy the views at Waters Edge. Thanks again!

Wow what a fabulous place to stay. We were so relaxed after our stay at WatersEdge. Everything you need is in place and more. Ideal place to sit either inside or outside on the undercover seating area. Beds are so comfortable we all slept peacefully and so rested. Once you arrive there is plenty of buses to get you places if you don’t want to use your car. You can unload outside even in a crv. We hope to return soon as Kelly is a fabulous host even when you accidentally break an ornament. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink and looe is great for those who are gluten free. Hope to see you soon 🩷🩷🩷

Waters Edge is like a little bit of heaven on Earth. From the moment we arrived we felt very spoilt . The place is spotless and a prime location
Views are amazing . Kelly gave us lots of tips where to go and what was on from word go. We didn't want to leave. Hosts are obviously very passionate and it shows. Can't wait to go back .. thank you both Waters Edge is in my heart ❤

This property is in an idyllic location, has been furnished to a high standard & is extremely well equipped. It makes for a relaxing stay or a base if you prefer to get out & about.
The owner is extremely approachable & nothing is too much trouble in order to resolve any requests, queries or problems.

Just had the most amazing week at Waters Edge in Looe (02/08 - 10/08/24). Right from the minute we arrived we felt total relaxed and chilled. Waters Edge has an amazing position on the quayside and with the outside decking it’s a fabulous area to start the day having breakfast watching East Looe wake up across the quay or in the evening with a glass of wine or beer watching the tide make its way in / out and Looe coming to life in lights.
Inside Waters Edge is lovely. Spacious open plan kitchen and dinning area with lounge looking out across the quay. Main bedroom ample size with en-suite and bedroom to the rear with a double bed and a single with a pull out. Just across the corridor is a bathroom with toilet and shower. All this gave us plenty of room (4 adults and a 4 year old).
Everything was lovely and clean and well presented and a lovely welcome gift on arrival.
We really could not have asked for more and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Kelly for everything and your speedy response to any questions we had was very much appreciated.

Just returned from an amazing week at Waters Edge.

The location is just perfect - just a short stroll to get into the main town (plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops) & the beach (nice & sandy, never too busy) and excellent people/water watching.

Recommend booking restaurants in advance as seemed to be busy, particularly in the evenings.

The flat itself is gorgeous - straightaway we felt right at home. Lots of home comforts and excellent attention to detail. Beds are super comfy too!

Was very straightforward to drive up to the property to unload/load and always plenty of spaces at the nearby Milpool Car Park (max 10 minute walk). Would recommend getting the weekly parking permit for Milpool, saved us a lot of money.

Lovely trip round Looe Island to see the seals (recommend Charlie on the Damaris) and plenty of jellyfish in the harbour at high tide which make fascinating watching. Didn't try crabbing, but lots of people doing it and looked like fun.

Lastly a big thank you to Kelly who was so helpful with making sure we had everything we needed.

A week just wasn't long enough and we can't wait to go back!

We have been coming to Looe for 25 years and this holiday let is the best property we have had the pleasure to stay in.
Very clean, beautiful inside, everything high quality and all the little touches make it very special. We were celebrating a 50th Birthday while we were in Looe and we couldn’t have asked for a more special place to stay!
Kelly the owner is brilliant, can contact for anything, thank you for the welcome treats and the birthday card!
The best part though is the covered decked area, where you can watch the world go by!
Will definitely be booking this property for next year.

Waters Edge was amazing, very well equipped and clean. Kelly had very kindly left some welcome treats, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We've had a great time exploring the area, lots of good food in different restaurants. We've already booked again for next year.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Waters Edge. What a lovely apartment. It was like home from home, it was so well equipped.
Host Kelly was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The treats she left us were so thoughtful.
I would highly recommend this accommodation, sleeps four adults and two children with ease.
Looking forward to a return visit.

The Cottage was spotlessly clean and the decorations and furniture were to a very high standard. The private decking area gave us a wonderful view of the river and Looe, meaning we could enjoy watching the fishing boats coming in and do a bit of people-watching. Nothing was too much trouble for Kelly and she responded quickly and professionally to any queries, but there weren’t many as the information pack was very thorough!
We were very lucky and had 6 days of hot sunny weather too.

The best seaside residence we have ever stayed in. The location was amazing, to be able to watch the activity on the river from the comfort of the decking or the sofa was the best. An array of food and entertainment all close by. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything you could need. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay forever! We will 100 % love to go back.

We had a fantastic week at Waters Edge. The house is really well located for Looe and the coastal path. Loads of great places to eat and drink as well as the usual holiday type shops to buy beach things and crabbing nets. It wasn't beach weather, but we found plenty to do locally, including a muddy coast walk to Polperro (got the bus back). Try Sarah's for delicious pasties or the Sardine Factory for a special meal. The house has a lovely feeling, is well decorated and lots of amenities. Kelly was a brilliant and communicative host. We hope to be back.

Me, my fiance and toddler had the most wonderful and memorable stay at Water's Edge. From the start, Kelly was so communicative and helpful - especially accommodating our small toddler. Kelly should pursue a second career in interior design - the apartment decor was contemporary and beautiful, giving the place lots of character and a really cosy feel!

The location is perfect - you can easily while away the time watching the tide go in and out. The Looe centre is also a stone's throw, full of lots of cafes, shops and pubs. There is plenty to do even if the weather isn't on your side.

My (now) fiance decided to surprise me with a proposal at Water's Edge, and I couldn't have thought of a better location - it really is special!

It is an added bonus that the Sardine Factory is just next door and we enjoyed the best fish and chips we have ever had.

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for New Year's Eve and we had a fantastic time.
The apartment is in a fabulous location right on the harbour. Shops, restaurants and pubs are plentiful and all in walking distance.
The apartment was clean, warm and well equipped. It is beautifully decorated throughout with comfortable beds.
We walked to the beach in the evening and spent New years eve celebrating with the locals and other holiday makers.
We will definitely be booking again.

I turned up in the evening and the place just looked so cosy and inviting. The whole flat is beautifully decorated to a high standard. In a beautiful location in the perfect spot. From watching the fishing boats go by and the gigs, to just sitting and watching the world go by, watching the 🌊 and the tide come and go was just pure bliss.
Great amenities with everything you need. Perfect spot to walk into town, or up the coastal path across to Polperro, about 5 miles and a bit cheeky in places.
The Sardine Factory next door was really good and we went to The Blue Peter Inn in Polperro which was fab food and got a bus back (keep an eye on the timetable🤣)
The host was brilliant, loads of advice and information and kept me up to date with the high tide potentially greeting us at the decking. The weather wasn't on side but that didn't spoil our fun. Definitely recommend this place. I didn't want to leave.

We stayed at Waters Edge at the beginning of February half term and had the most relaxing break. Kelly was amazing from start to finish, even recommending some local restaurants and bits to do with the children. She went above and beyond. The apartment is beautifully decorated and situated in such a wonderful location, so close to everything Looe has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a stay!
