Allways feel good going to watermead, knowing that your going to be looked after well, excellent dentist. 10/10

Brought my wife in who has been visiting watermead 30 years? She now has dementia and the staff were very careful with her although she wouldnt allow the staff to do a lot as with me.

I made the move to Watermead in February 2023 and have not regretted my decision, in fact, I could kick myself for staying loyal for to my old dentists for over 15 years as it seems they did a really slapdash job of plaque removal. Also, I remember leaving the old place with a bleeding and sore mouth after every visit and was paying a lot more!

Julie, Rushina and all the staff I have interacted with at Watermead been friendly, approachable and understanding. I no longer fret about going to the dentist, if anything I now look forward to it because I know I'm in good hands.

I have found a dentists that is worth being loyal to now.

Staff at Watermead are always friendly. My dentist is very professional and explains procedures thoroughly.
My hygienist is always cheerful and friendly. She also explains clearly about the best way to maintain good oral hygiene.

Im a new client to this practice, two dental visits and a hygeinist appointment with a further dental appt in the pipeline. At this early point indications are excellent for an ongoing successful relationship. Its a professional and organised approach in a comfortable setting. Apart from my own experience I've observed a range of clients of all ages all seemingly relaxed and happy to be there.

Excellent dental practise - I asked my son (7 years) what he thought about his checkup and he said ‘they were very lovely’. All the staff are friendly, professional and as someone who myself finds going to the dentist quite stressful Miss Butters is fantastic and makes you feel completely at ease.

Easy to get an appointment, friendly reception staff and Miss Butters is so good, really gentle and keeps you informed of what she is doing. I had a cosmetic procedure today, to cover up where my front teeth enamel was worn, really pleased with the results.

Always friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Dentist thorough and provides advice and guidance. I have used the same dentist for many, many years and have always been treated in the same way.

If you want a service that consists of putting your wellbeing first then this practice is the one for you. So friendly and generally cares for their clients.

Fitted me in last minute for an infected tooth. Always helpful, kind and reassuring. For someone who will forever have a fear of dentists due to past experiences this is a lovely, friendly practice.

I’ve been coming to Watermead Dental for years also my family as a private Patient.

I’ve always had bad experiences when using National Health dentists and have had a lot of unnecessary work done leaving me with the dread and fear of visiting the dentist.

I pay monthly for a yearly plan which also covers the Hygienist
I’ve found this so useful in preventing picking up any problems in the future.

My dentist gives me so much confidence and I do enjoy my visits knowing everything is being looked at.
Also the staff are so lovely.
In the long run I’ve saved more money with my dental plan than a routine dental appointment once a year and finding out I need major work.

Today I had a small front filling and was confident to not have a anaesthetic but it was available if needed , no pain!

I can’t recommend Watermead dentist enough!!

Typical... lost a front crown just before Christmas. Got an appointment after the break and had it fixed this week. As usual, a professional experience and I can once again smile without frightening anyone!

Just come back from seeing Jo the hygienist, who was the most happy go lucky person with a wealth of knowledge and helpful information regarding my dental hygiene,thank you to her and also her dental nurse.Would highly recommend this practice big shout out to the wonderful staff on reception.....Thank-you!!!!

Fantastic service and very friendly,they treated me & my wife so professionally and answered any questions we had. in fact they were brilliant 👏

Arriving on time doesn't guarantee being seen on time but the service otherwise is courteous, respectful and comprehensive. Explanations are clear. Treatment is carried out carefully and professionally in a scrupulously clean and comfortable environment. I never have anxieties about visiting this practice.
