Highly recommend Waterbabies
We've been part of Water babies for about 8 weeks and our baby is enjoying the classes. Our instructor is calm, friendly and makes the class enjoyable. Lessons are well curated with gradual steps to get baby comfortable in the water and learn water skills such as falling into the pool and holding on. The facilities are clean and spacious and front desk is always on hand to help.

We've had a few instructors changes recently, however we feel now that we have Victoria, she's brilliant, good engagement with each child and I've seen a huge difference in the confidence of boys swimming

GREAT SESSIONS
GREAT SESSIONS, MY LITTLE BOY LOVES GOING SWIMMING. DANNI IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE. THE ONLY MINUS IS THE LIMITED CHANGING FACILITIES, CHANGING AREA COULD DO WITH SEPERATE CHANGING FOR MAN AND FEMALE, AND CHANGING TABLE WOULD BE HANDY. OTHERWISE GREAT!

We have the most amazing swimming teacher at water babies who is kind, fun and knowledgeable! It’s the highlight of our week! Unhelpful customer service
Very disappointing experience. I was signed up for recurring membership fees for children's swimming lessons, yet received no notifications about upcoming courses or any guidance on how to actually book classes. Despite never using the service, the payments continued. The sales staff were completely unhelpful and seemed more interested in keeping money for services never provided than resolving the issue. Poor communication, terrible customer service, and questionable business practices. Would not recommend.

Wonderful experience…
We have had such a wonderful experience with Water Babies! The classes have been outstanding, and Taylor is an absolutely fantastic teacher. She is patient, friendly, encouraging, and brilliant at making the lessons fun while helping the little ones build confidence in the water.
Taylor creates such a positive and welcoming environment, and you can really see how much care and passion she puts into every lesson. We are so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Water Babies to anyone looking for swimming lessons for their little one. Thank you, Taylor, for making the classes so special! 💙

Expensive Water babies
Always had a brilliant experience with water babies, especially with our swimming instructor, really engaging with the children, clear instructions etc. however they have since left which I know cannot be helped, since this it’s left inconsistency with instructors which isn’t ideal for the children who’ve had the same instructor for almost 3 years. Now, most of the originals have left the class with us now considering the same. Also worth noting that the children did use to get patches to highlight their achievements but now just get stickers. I couldn’t tell you where my child is at in terms of different coves etc. For £90 a month, you’d expect a bit more, I don’t think a piece of material patch is too much to ask. It’s a nice little keepsake for the children.
I find that water babies is Majorly Over priced for what it is and we won’t be with them for much longer, neither would I recommend or consider for my next child.

Hi, I am really sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, Natalie had a change in circumstances meaning she was unable to continue teaching the Wednesdays however she is still employed by Water Babies. This did result in a change of teacher to ensure Wednesday evening lessons could continue to run.
Material badges are given out at 4 times throughout the year. Please contact the office direct if you feel like you are missing any of these and we can see if we have any in stock for you. I will certainly feed this back for you as i know our Head Office are currently looking at reward and recognition. x

Could not recommend water babies enough
My little one absolutely loves her swimming lessons. She has come leaps and bounds. Her instructor Hannah is incredible so supportive and encouraging and my little one has a great relationship with her. Could not recommend water babies enough. The swimming pool we do our lessons in is nice and warm for the babies. I particularly love how water babies captures learning for safety, swimming and water confidence. And support parents confidence too.

We’ve been going to Water Babies since my son was just 8 weeks old, and he turns 4 next month! It’s been lovely watching him progress—he’s become a great little swimmer, is so confident in the water and has lots of badges to show for all his hard work!
The teachers are amazing, and the classes are always brilliant. The team always make every effort to be accommodating, which makes such a difference as a parent.
We’ve had a wonderful experience over the years, and I’m so proud of how far my son has come. Would highly recommend Water Babies!

Holly is amazing!
Toby has the most supportive, fun-loving teacher. He is super confident in the water and his technique is coming along leaps and bounds. He always enjoys his lessons and particularly loves diving for sinkers and jumping in at the end. A big thank you to Holly and Water Babies!
