Had a phone call from Ben 10 minutes after sending my enquiry, gave me an estimate and after sending my watch overnight to be verified, had confirmation and money in the bank the same day. From contact to payment in 1 business day. Straight talking and fair price, couldn’t have been a smoother process.

We sold a breitling watch to Ben. Apart from there being a delay with the delivery which was a fault of Royal Mail, the communication with Ben and transaction was wonderful. It's always a concern sending a valuable item in the post but Ben put our mind at rest, even when we thought the watch had got lost. Ben reassured us that this happens quite often and 3 days late, it arrived, was assessed and we had an agreeable offer. The money was paid into our bank account immediately. We would highly recommend selling to Ben.
