Found exactly what I was looking for on the watches.co.uk website, and exchanged a couple of emails with Dee. Agreed a price I was happy with, and went ahead with the purchase. Communication was clear throughout, the watch arrived when it was meant to in exactly the condition as it was described (brand new, unworn, fully stickered in this case). This was a smooth and seamless transaction, delighted with my purchase and will certainly buy from here again!

Bought a Rolex Explorer II described as "fine", more like "mint" in my estimation. Had a bit of wait for it to arrive due to Xmas getting in the way but worth the wait when it arrived.

Living abroad, I was concerned as to how to sell my Rolex Submariner which I had owned for many years. I am so pleased I found this company. The service which I received from Tim and John was outstanding. Communication was swift and efficient. I believe I accepted a fair price after discussing its condition with obviously knowledgeable people. The whole transaction was easy, safe and reassuring.

Perfect selling experience: I submitted a simple online form yesterday, received an offer from Tim shortly after. Brought the watch in this morning and the friendly lady (unfortunately I don't know her name) prepared everything for Tim to sign off and I had the agreed amount in my bank account less than 15 minutes after walking into the shop. Overall everyone was super friendly and professional - highly recommended.

Very professional and great to deal with. I contacted watches.co.uk having found them on google, to sell an old rolex I no longer wanted. Tim came back to me swiftly with a rough price guide which I was happy with and he arranged a postage envelope to be sent to me which arrived a couple of days later. I sent the watch off to them and they emailed me as soon as it arrived to say they had safely recieved it . The next day I got a call from Jonathan with their post appraisal offer, which I was hapy with and the next day they transferred the funds straight into my bank account. I would not hesiate to do business with them again, and they were so much more knowledgable and professional than another "high street" watch brand who I considered selling with.

Tim provided excellent advice and service when my watch needed a repair. In the end I part exchanged for another watch and I was delighted with both the valuation and choice. I highly recommend them.

Great store! Purchased a couple of items and the packaging is always on point, fast delivery too. The quality is impeccable.

A very fair company. I purchased a Rolex DJ 41mm and it was delivered the following day and well packed. After a day or two I changed my mind and asked for a refund (I expected resistance)… not at all! Tim said to pop it back in the post and 24 hours later money returned. Very trustworthy and very fair. Good work! I will be back when I make my mind up!

Excellent watch I loved it.

I contacted Tim over the possibly of selling two watches out of my current collection. The whole process was smoother than I could have hoped for, no sneaky price adjustments or fees. A GMT master II they had in stock quickly caught my eye, and before I knew it we were doing a part ex and I was walking away with a new watch.

Considering the whole process was conducted over email, I’m thoroughly impressed and can’t recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be back in the future for more.
