Skip didn't arrive till after 3pm which when you only have a 2 day hire means that a whole day was completely wasted. Special access had to be arranged for delivery and collection but despite checking via phone on the morning of collection that these were in place were not followed. All in all not a good experience

Found them very helpful and the delivery/collection was sot on.

Skip arrived as scheduled and I was able to extend the collection date a couple of times without additional cost. Booking on line was easy, as was contacting the company to extend the collection date. Abby was always pleasant and helpful!
I saved around £60 using this service and would recommend.

We ordered and paid them 2 weeks ago , and have to say this company is an Absolutele waste of money and time. Very sad as we waited for a contractor to complete a garden project and were let down totally, and had to cancel because of wasteonline.uk. They kept sending emails delaying with a new date every couple of days ! Lied on the phone, false updates! What an ignorant irresponsible company - why can’t they just say no skip available for a month? We still have not recovered the payment and no one has shown up , not even an apology! Worst service ever! Would not give a star but not possible to send a feedback without it.

Fail. Failed to deliver the skip. Failed to deliver on new date. Failed to give a discount for the terrible service for a third date . In the end agreed to do a refund , but wasted a week for a skip that never turned up. Nice idea, obviously don’t have reliable partners. Avoid!

Ref your reply- you have underestimated the problem : it’s not just the failure of your third party it’s also the poor customer service. IF you had had an excellent customer service team that phone back when they say they’re going to, and that offered a sensible discount for the third date rather than insisting on the same price (which is unreasonable given the circumstances ) you would be much better. Rather, what you are doing is called blame-shifting rather than root cause analysis and understanding the whole problem.

Collection was arranged for Friday 10th July so far it’s 20th July and skip has not yet been collected.
Your confirmation states it can take upto 5 working days from the date of collection not 7

Skip delivered as requested, decent price but asked for skip to be collected on 6th of July which was agreed. To date(15th) it has still not been picked up. Poor service.

Service overall was excellent. Contact with customer Services was very helpful and polite, delivery was exactly when stated and the skip was positioned with care. When completed collection was prompt and the driver was very chatty and professional. Would have no problem using this company again.

The skip was booked very easily online with a £10 discount, the 12ft size managed to take two sheds and a large amount of decking.

It was picked up on the date we were told.

A good price for the service, skip was dropped off early on the day requested and collected early on the day requested. Can't fault them.

As it says on the tin...perfect service from drop off to collection....no messing and no fuss
