While the service was quick, I couldn’t believe that we were charged extra for keeping the skip a few more days. And then they left it on our drive for several days! I will never use them again - back to a local firm that just pick up without an extra charge once you’re done.

Efficient and prompt- All clearly communicated before, during and after; that is why I’m a repeat customer.

Great company when im needing a skip , very easy to order the size i need online and is delivered on time and the day requested.

Great service

Called up to run through some concerns about access and had a very helpful chat and booked on the phone. Ordered it only a couple of days in advance and the skip arrived on time. It was also removed on the day requested, which I know isn’t always the case with skip hire. The driver didn’t have the easiest time with the limited turning circle, but he did a great job. Would definitely use again.

Very helpful when I needed my skip collected

Waasteonline.uk is worth the name, it is waste company and dumbest of all. They haven't booked my delivery because they wanted to know if the skip is going on driveway which was clearly mentioned in the mick george form when I ordered, and they didn't even bother to call and let me know. One of the stupid companies ever to deal with. Waste of time and money.

I gave this company five stars because the skip came on the day requested and left within the specified days. The staff took care landing it and retrieving it. The staff were courteous. I thought it was quite costly, but then I have not ordered a skip before and so was not aware of the market. I would use them again because they were cheaper than others quoted.

Absolutely brilliant I had to give specific delivery instructions as the yard is difficult to find but they listened arrived at the time they where supposed to and removed the skip on time.

Skip was dropped off and collected on the expected days and the driver was very good at manoeuvring the drop off /pick up lorry.
