Great Customer Service!
Melissa Clifford with Warranty Valet was extremely prompt and always courteous, let alone knowledgeable, regarding my recent Delta shower head warranty replacement. Good results with persistence & support
Though initially put off by the process, I became favorably impressed in my dealings with Melissa. She stayed with the warranty dispute, advised me in dealing with the store manager and continued to follow up on my progress—till there was a satisfactory resolution.
I had purchased a battery powered circular saw which had a 2 year warranty. It did not work & the store would neither accept it as a return nor refund my money. I persisted & eventually they exchanged the tool for a superior model with a 3 year warranty, gave me a new receipt and a gift card. It was win-win for me.
I was pleased with the results and hope I also will be satisfied with this new tool purchase.

Melissa was extremely helpful, professional and I can tell, even through the Chat, that she was eager to help me resolve my issue. Even though my warranty with the company I purchased my washer from had expired, and after she gave me information on how to obtain my purchase receipt, she OFFERED (I didn't have to ask) to help me retrieve my purchase receipt. I work for a Major tech company that values excellent customer service and Melissa exemplifies that quality of service. Process of filing the claim for my Ring Camera seemed tedious, but I must praise Melissa Clifford who relentlessly followed through. She responded quickly to all of questions and concerns, contacted Ring and resolved my issue. One thing though, I didn’t like dealing with Ring folks in Philippines. Not only I can hardly understand them, they were also very rude and unprofessional. Melissa in the other hand, was very courteous and is an outstanding customer service/claims agent and I appreciate her immensely

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, I repeatedly got asked for the same information about the repair needed on my washing machine, and told over and over again that they'd emailed the relevant company, and were waiting for their response.
I've been in touch with my bank and they have blocked any further payments. I'm still waiting for this company to send me an email, confirming that they've also cancelled my subscription...

Pay a $29 membership to Repair $24 airfryer???
Are you serious? Paying a $29 membership to repair a $24 air fryer is ridiculous!!! Why pay for a warranty if in the end they send you to this company that in order for them to take your case you have to buy the membership that they tell you that you have to buy it for free for 14 days to start your case and that you can cancel it at any time but when you go to cancel it after 14 days they tell you that if you do it they will not continue with your case!!!! Stay away from this company that is useless and all they want is to steal your money!!!!

We never require anyone to purchase a paid membership to start a claim. You were using our Free Trial plan, and at no point were you charged. As per your request, your trial plan was promptly canceled, and we ensured that no charges were applied.
We have never forced our customers to choose our paid service. Our goal is always to be transparent and helpful, and we have successfully assisted many customers in resolving their warranty issues—sometimes even at no cost.
We’re truly sorry that you feel this way, and we’d be happy to continue assisting you if you still need help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to support you.

I was referred to this company when I bought a pair of flip flops that broke after less than 1 month. Given the price, I expected to get immediate refund direct from the company (a supposedly reputable one). However I was referred to warranty valet instead.
They got me the money back - but that was hardly onerous work given the price paid and the short product life.
The reason for poor review is fact that I cannot cancel my subscription, I have emailed them now 5 times about it. They say it’s cancelled but when I try to remove my card details it tells me I’m still subscribed.
I don’t recommend them !!

Very helpful, supportive and patient!
I cant explain how helpful, supportive and patient the valet team have been, especially during such a stressful time. I recently travelled interstate to Melbourne, and upon arriving had issues with my luggage bag. In a timely manner, the valet team accepted my claim and told me to take the bag into a service centre. Again, the team at the Mulgrave office (especially the reception girl and Matt the manager) were nothing but supportive and helpful. In a week, they had my luggage bag sorted so I could return home. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. I am very grateful and appreciate of everything. Thank you!
