Shocking service, took months to book in my boiler getting serviced even though I pay a monthly sub subscript.

The person came round, did it within five minutes then came back because they forgot something. It can be more rushed if they tried.

And apart from bang and crashing around my house, you left everything switched off so the Water when I get through to the radiators

Extremely suboptimal would not recommend from now on. I’ll get my own person to come and service the boiler.

My experience has been incredibly poor unfortunately with Warmzilla. They book the service, then I wait the whole day and nobody turns up. They don’t even care to inform me. Then I have to chase to them for 3 weeks to get this sorted and still nothing. I personally don’t think they care as they have enough customers now. Personally I will say, avoid them.

The engineer seemed very thorough and polite.

This was the quickest service I've ever had. The central heating system wasn't even run at all which has always happened in the past.
On top of that I was told I'd be emailed a copy of the service for my own records which I still haven't received. I contacted Warmzilla to chase this up but that request seems to have been ignored as well.

I was kept informed of every step leading up to the installation of our new boiler. The installer arrived on time and finished in one morning.

Contacted the customer service team for a service date, and due to there engineer being available, everything was arranged for the next day. Excellent service from everyone involved from customer service and the Engineer (Aziz) was polite and friendly 😊

Fast and efficient Amy is wonderful and very quick to reply .
This is my second time using them and was taken care of properly. Website easy to navigate and staff very friendly. Shout out to Mason from tempguys Ltd for doing a wonderful job really happy with wlhis communication and manners.

Installation by Roland was courteous and professional. The unit is slightly off level so I am not sure that has an effect, and the electrician did not turn up, so the unit is running off a plug currently which I am not sure is safe, I was asked to send pictures of my fuse box as a seperate mains feed was meant to be installed,

Engineer was early, and left after doing a good job. He was sociable and explained everything.

Aziz did a great job of fitting our lovely UKRadiators 3 column radiator. He took great care over the pipework to ensure that it looked as good as possible and that it complemented the radiator. Very efficient and friendly, I'd definitely recommend him.

A reasonable monthly charge for cover with boiler service included.
The engineer attending for the service was very polite, on time and the job was completed efficiently.
