Fantastic company and a big shout out to Steven who dealt with all my concerns with speed and care. I really can't believe how straight forward my grant went and the solar looks great....really neat and tidy.

Would highly recommend - five star delivery !!

Do not go near this disgusting excuse for a business, they are just milking the eco grant system while doing extremely substandard work and lying all the way to the bank. Left my house with thousands of pounds damage and never came back at promised so many times. Staff were too busy smoking weed too care!

Terrible, frightening, abusive, dangerous. They aren't Trustmark approved (required for ECO4) and are working sub -contracted. They will ruin your house and disappear when you ask for requured documentation. Do not use this company

Garbage company, false promises and outright lies. Work never finished, damage never repaired. Impossible to contact.

They were very fast to book the survey, but thats the only speedy thing about them.
The communication was virtually non existent, we had to chase them multiple times with no replies.
We were told it was with the install team, then suddenly they can't continue with the work, even though they knew the scope of work since the survey.
Would not recommend, lack of communication and help from all involved.

I had a great experience with Warmer Home Grants .So very very very fortunate to get free insulation and solar panels as a landlord for which I am hugely grateful. The team at Warmer Home Grants were excellent and very informative and responsive and thank you especially to Jack in overseeing the works from WHG end. Thankyou very very much. And also thankyou to the government for implementing this scheme. A great service ftom this company.Thankyou so much !

Since Wed last week I have been having work done in my home. It was supposed to take two days, however, today is the 6th day and the work is not finished, my house cold, my child's bedroom inaccessible due to the mess they made, front yard full of rubbish they left and a living room with a huge box with something that needs to be installed outside.
The man who, I believe, is a boss, is an unprofessional, rude individual, who often keeps leaving only one person here, then disappears with another one and later says they need yet another day to finish. The two young employees of his told me, that the work would have been done already, should their boss did his job instead of being absent.
My landlord has made numerous calls to the company, and every day, since Thursday they said "the work will be finished today".
I'm a single mother with a young child, who is now unwell due to the the delays with the work that should have been finished last Thursday.
It's Christmas, and my home looks like a building site, is cold, messy and I keep hearing: "we will be back", "we have other projects to do".
It's a disgrace.
You employ contractors, who don't do what they are supposed to do, are rude, unprofessional, incompetent (my lanlord has pointed out some of their mistakes), and the company does nothing with that, even after repeated phone calls.
It's Christmas and you made it really miserable...

I had a new heating system fitted, bills have halved and team who fitted were great. Can’t recommend enough.

We had a boiler installed and some insulation in the loft. The admin and work was done quickly and generally things working well. BUT they have not installed a pressure vessel and as the system is now a high pressure system, that should have been part of the installation - now we have 'water hammer' as a result - something we never had before. After initially good replies, I now get no replies to my daily emails about.

So, in the meantime, the work is not yet complete. Will be happy to amend this review if things change.

Paul Ellison who came out to assess my house could not have been more helpful and ALL the workman that came to my house and carried out all the work could not have been more Professional than they were. VERY HAPPY FROM THE START TO THE FINNISH WITH ALL THAT'S BEEN DONE.

I have got the internal cavity wall insulation, the house feels warmer and the contractor's were great, didn't leave any mess and have made a really good job 👏

The Internal Wall Insulation has halved my gas bill ...would definitely recommend ! A great gang of tradesmen as well ...courteous and professional at all times.
