Terrible, terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE !
Please do not use this company !!!
Tried to get me to remove my own boiler to say I had no heating for some reason before they would put in what i had qualified for ?

No idea why...but that was the only time i could get any response from them...

Tried to speak to them about it, but they said unless i scratch their back that they wouldn't scratch mine ???

What does that even mean ??? I wanted new heating ...not a back scratcher !!!

Communication great, survey great. All done in one day, but started late so did not finish until midnight.

Amein in the office was exceptional in arranging for my Central Heating to be upgraded including the fitting of a new boiler.
Dean the installer was very good and very professional in his work, always polite and respectful and set any initial concerns regarding the upheaval caused by the installation work to be carried out at ease. Fantastic job, fantastic installer, Fantastic person!!!

Warmer homes fitted our boiler and removed our old back boiler and water cylinder, all within one day, hard workers they finished late but got the job done. Some danagedy caused but came the next day to repair. Would recommend

They managed to complete a new boiler installation within two days

The administration side was excellent. I was talked through everything and had updates.
The down side was the workman who seemed clueless, didn't have safety equipment leading to onegoing to hospital with an eye injury. Things were damaged in the house and shortcuts were taken . So quite disappointed

From my first contact with Hajar, who was professional, helpful and in my case very caring. I had to cancel 2 times due to flu and she was so kind, helping to find a date that suited me.
I couldn't believe how simple it was to get this central heating a simple form, the right ID and the ball was rolling. I couldn't believe it was true but it was and now I have central heating in my home for the first time in the 38 years I've lived here.
The first person to come was the surveyor he was very thorough and explained what would happen next, he also called again while the fitters were here to make sure everything was going well and asking how I was and if I was happy with the work, the answer was yes.
The loft was insulated on day one plus two extractor fans and window vents. The men who did this were very clean tidy and professional. Day two the fitters arrived and from then on they work very hard, explaining what was happening, what they were doing and why. Great blokes friendly, professional, respectful and very polite. Once it was all completed they cleaned up after themselves and showed me how the system worked.
The system is simple to use and very effective in my home.
I would highly recommend this company from start to finish 5 star treatment.

Excellent from start to finish, work men were friendly and really helpful. If a had any questions they were answered straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Apart from finishing late in the evening everything went well

had an issue once the boiler was installed but the company resolved the issue quickly and efficiently
whole process from survey to install took less than 2 week

Very good on the day and worked super hard to get it all done in one day. But having trouble getting hold of someone to help with a post installation issue. If someone could contact me please. Thank you

Great communication from day 1. A quick comprehensive survey conducted that paved the way for a speedy installation of a new boiler. Everyone on the job that completed the work were polite and gave feedback on what was to be done and solutions to issues were overcome. Worked hard to complete the works within the day
The only negative was a fan installation in the kitchen with a supply from the light connected on the ceiling via a conduit. Can live with this until a new kitchen is fitted in the near future.

They were very efficient and the chief engineer was excellent he explained everything to me,they cleaned up after themselves. The job wasn't an easy one the boiler that was taken out was about 30years old,my new boiler is much better,can believe it was all sorted so quickly by everyone one involved.

Once we had agreed the plan it all went to plan without problems or issues. Nice team, cleaned up.

The boiler man was excellent he cleaned up after himself and explained everything throughly as he went. He introduced himself as soon as we opened the door
