Delivery? Perfect. Products? Terrible. Our latest batch we ordered 300 jars as usual, we typically find around 10% of lids are duds and that's gone so much worse!

By the time we have used 100 of the 300 jars, we've had over 70 dud lids that won't close and just continuously spin. 170 lids to close 100 jars just isn't good enough. Now we're left with jars that won't seal due to dud lids. Terrible isn't the word.

Wares use a good delivery company and the jars have arrived intact. The driver was concerned that all was in order, and we appreciated this. Excellent jars, fast and efficient service. If you need advice, ring Wares who guided me through their website and got me a very good deal. I use them all the time now for my supplies.

Fast delivery as always and a very good price As l make jams marmalades and chutneys to sell for a charity for one day in the year l always buy the jars when there is free delivery - keeps my costs to a minimum thank you for the felt chick a lovely gesture.

To be honest I think they are very swift and package your items very well. They are so good that when I moved to Ireland I still decided to use them. Shipping is obviously more pricey now, that's my only gripe, but ive never had any issues.

Order beautifully packed, as always, and delivered by a helpful, courteous driver (box was quite heavy). Always go to Wares for jam jars, lids and labels for my annual marmalade-making and my crab apple jelly. Good old-fashioned service!

I bought the 1 litre milk bottles and when I ticked the colour blue for lids I thought I was getting the silicone moo pops lids, when arrived they were metal, not suitable. Then I emailed to say I had received the wrong lids, I was then told that they were only for 1 pint milk bottles, so I sent back the picture and description of the 1 litre ones in silicone I had seen, the answer came back the same, this went on and on for a few days in fact I was going to return the whole order as the information on the website was misleading. In the end I received a email the advisor had been told that yes there are 1 litre tops moo pops in the size I wanted, so I ordered these and returned the metal ones. I was then refunded and after asking for a goodwill refund for all the problems I was given another small refund which was very good. So I recommend this company the products are good just make sure if you don’t want metal tops there are moo pops in the bottle size you are buying.

Excellent jars, excellent price, excellent delivery. No complaints over here.
