Absolute Shambles!!!

What has happened to this company?? I ordered my Daughter’s Birthday present on the 25th August and paid a small fortune for next day delivery. It’s now the 30th and I am still waiting for this order to arrive. I have attempted to contact the customer service department (I use that term loosely) through text, email and instagram and I am getting nowhere. There is no number to call so you can’t speak to anyone. I have then just received an email to say I need to give DPD until the 10th of September for my Daughters present to arrive. Is this some kind of joke?? Her Birthday was two days ago and due this I had no money to buy her anything else. I paid for next day delivery, not 15 days later delivery. Absolutely sickened by this. Avoid spending your money with this lot at all costs!!!

Sent a dress that was completely…

Sent a dress that was completely different to the photos. You can’t speak to anyone so you have to text. Have sent dozens of texts and have gotten 1 reply in 3 days - which was no help at all. Shocking customer service. Will never use again.

Made a big order a few weeks ago

Made a big order a few weeks ago, need to return a lot of it. System sending me between Debenhams and warehouse and not accepting my order number although I’ve copied and pasted it from the order email. Not sure how to contact them now. So frustrating. Update: no response to text or messenger…… email not working. Appalling customer service

Im sorry to hear you are facing issues with your return.

It may be your items have been shipped by a concession, and these would need to be returned back to the seller directly. There should be either a return slip inside your parcel, or instruction on how/where to return. If you can’t find this information, our customer service team can provide further details.

we are experiencing high volumes of emails at the moment, so replies are taking a little longer than ususal. However, if you would like to reply to the message you will have received off Trustpilot requesting more information, I will look into this for you. We will require your order number and email address linked to your order.

I wish I’d read the reviews…

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I’ve always loved Warehouse clothes. I made an order and when it arrived felt the quality had really slipped so unfortunately most had to be sent back. I sent my return off on the 4th June, it’s now 21st June and I’ve yet to receive confirmation they have received it, let alone when I’ll get my money back, it’s incredibly frustrating and sadly won’t be using them again.
I contacted customer services last week, only to be told to wait 15 days from date of return, it’s now 17 days, still nada.
Stick to ASOS - prompt returns and always keep you in the loop.

Update: Warehouse have managed to respond to this review within an hour of it going live, but haven’t responded to my email this morning, which does contain the postage receipt… honestly, mind boggling!

I used to shop at Warehouse fairly regularly, really liked their clothes, however since being taken over by the company who owns Debenhams etc they have gone to pot. The returns process is terrible, long and drawn out unnecessarily with absolutely no communication. I’ve had to contact them to find out if they received my return, again to find out when the return would be processed and again because it hasn’t been processed by the date they said it would. Don’t believe the information on the website which says “we’ll keep you in the loop…” 😂

Who has time for all of this extra admin chasing companies for refunds ⁉️ I’ll stick to my usual (ASOS, John Lewis etc) in future who don’t mess about like this with refunds.

Due to the volume of returns received, we ask to allow 15 days from the date of posting for any return to reach us and be refunded. An email will only be sent once the return has been processed by the returns team, and details the refund issued. If you haven't received a refund after this time, if you let us know we will get this sorted for you.

I ordered 2 dresses at the beginning of…

I ordered 2 dresses at the beginning of May 2024 and returned them on the same day they were received. Warehouse confirmed they have received the dresses back on then10 May 2024 and stated that a refund was processed on 22 May 2024. I have messaged them this morning as no refund has been credited to my account, and they have responded back with that the matter will be referred to the finance department and provided me with yet another date of 10 June.

Shocking service, I will never use them again.. I have also asked them to provide with details of their complaints department and I have had no response.
All I want is my refund credited to my account.

I am pleased to hear our Customer Service team have raised the refund over to our Finance Team as this will ensure your refund is with you as soon as possible.

We will always provide a review date that is likely to be longer than the amount of time it takes for our team to resolve the issue, this allows for busy periods where requests do take a little longer.

Our finance team will reach out to you directly on your email once the refund has been resolved and issued so do keep an eye out for this.

With regards to our complains process, all complaints are to reported to Customer Service and our Customer Service team are fully trained to respond and deal with these to full resolution.

Great customer service

The text message system of getting in touch with customer service was very prompt and efficient, no waiting for hours listening to music! El and Cherry were very helpful when it came to returning items. I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 because of having to go to customer service in the first place, it should have been quick and easy to return but I had been locked out of my account.

Don’t waste your time, or your money!

I will never purchase (or attempt to anyway) another item from Warehouse.

Ordered a dress for a wedding, well over a week ago. Chose 5-7 day shipping option and waited patiently for my purchase to arrive.

Never saw a dispatch email coming through, so dropped them a message a week later to query. Was told they could see this would be getting dispatched shortly and to keep an eye out for my email, but if nothing came through to message again a couple days later as this would be the 7 days up.

After chasing again today, I have been told today that my order has been cancelled by the warehouse team a day ago as they couldn’t fulfil my order and my refund has already been issued. I received no notification of this, no email, nothing. Disappointed!

To add insult to injury, they have offered free next day delivery on my next order… assuming that one won’t be fulfilled either.

Save yourself from this trash website

Save yourself from this trash website. I was dumb enough to order something else with store credit after I purchased the first (bad quality) thing and returned it. Surprise! No returns if you shop with store credit, even if it’s partial store credit plus more of your money. Customer service went dark. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid! Shocking returns process.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the returns process. Firstly, I was sent the wrong item.

Then the lack of personalisation and efficiency put a damper on what should be a straightforward transaction. Being charged to return the wrong item adds insult to injury, especially when there's no one available to address the issue directly.

It's disappointing that the item I ordered didn't arrive in time for such an important occasion. And that I wasted hours in communication, time in finding an inpost locker and money lost to return.

Hopefully, Warehouse can improve its processes to ensure smoother experiences for its customers in the future. I won’t be one of them.

We do also have the option to cancel and reset a return, so if you do log your return for In Post for example and wish to change this to an alternative courier, we can assist in doing this.

Helpful and fast customer service!

I recently purchased a dress online and when it arrived it was the wrong size, a mix up in labelling and the tag. I contacted customer service and Renzo helped me quickly, getting me a free return label and sending a new one out quickly! Amazing support and much appreciated!
