Great customer service
This was outstanding customer service from Warehouse! Not only did I love my order and it provided me with the perfect birthday dress, but also Rochelle on the Warehouse customer help desk was an absolute angel! I hadn’t updated my shipping address on my order and only realised the morning after I had placed the order and had paid for next day delivery. I messaged the Warehouse help desk and Rochelle responded really quickly and clearly explaining how difficult it was to change the address but she went above and beyond and managed to successfully redirect my order to my new address even after the package had left the warehouse so that it arrived to my actual address! This was a huge relief the day before my birthday party - thank you Rochelle

No refund no way of contacting Warehouse
I’ve returned my order almost two weeks ago and had absolutely no correspondence from warehouse.
I’ve tried emailing but it bounces back as blocked. I’ve tried messaging but even after 5 days there’s no answer.
There’s no phone number.
My parcel has been received as I’ve tracked it.
I have the app but nothing shows on my account as being returned.
No chat option which is weird.
My refund is over £140.00
Absolutely shocking service from what I thought to be a trusted brand.
Will avoid at all costs in the future.
Warehouse if you respond please provide an email address where I can easily contact you so I can get this resolved.

customer service makes a mockery of me and refuses to help with my return issue
First I haven't received any updates about my order, if it was dispatched and when will be delivered. When parcel finally came it turned out that item was way too big despite I ordered my regular small size. I wanted to proceed with the return, and it requires to fill some online form in order to generate the label. However, the system doesn't recognize my order number. It keeps showing my order doesn't exist. I sent a few emails over this whole week, and then finally after 4 days I received a reply. However, this person from customer service kept asking me over and over the same question. In a few emails asked me about my order details, so I provided all the details for her a few times in each of the emails. Their system sill doesn't recognize my order number so I can't proceed with the return, but this person from their company just makes a mockery of me by still refusing to fix the issue or provide me with the return label. She only keep asking same questions she has got answer to. In the last email she just replied with the formal statement that I have these many days to return and need to complete the online form, but she suppose to help me to fix my issue. I still can't log in the return and generate the shipping label. Name of this person from customer service is Theresa H.

Refund not received
I had not received a refund although I knew Warehouse had received my return a while ago. On questioning this with Customer Service I received a very quick response from Julie in Customer Care who sent apologies and arranged immediate refund to my account. Very pleased with this response and action. Thank you Julie.

Good customer service via facebook
Giving it a 4/5 as initially the refunded me the wrong amount and it was missing £44, so please check your refunds.
However I sent a message via facebook and Erick resolved my issue within 20minutes, and I received the full refund.
Also generally warehouse quality is not as good as it used to be.
