amazing customer service

I had a query about an item online and wanted to contact customer service. I was so impressed you could contact over imessage (so quick and convenient!), and Shiela replied within 30 mins (on a Sunday night), understood my query and put me in contact with the relevant team. So impressed with this customer service!

Amazing customer service using…

Amazing customer service using whatsapp. Ralph responded very quickly when looking into my query. A refund was given to me immediately once Ralph discovered my returns had gone missing. Super impressed with this service. Thank you Ralph 😊

Need more consistency in advice given

It’s great that Warehouse have a WhatsApp for support, but I spoke with 5 different customer service assistants and was provided different (conflicting) information each time. Thank you to Lucy for your help in finally resolving my issue.

Excellent WhatsApp customer service

There was an issue with delivery of my package today. I raised the problem via the WhatsApp customer service channel and I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and understanding person to assist me and resolve my issue. Thank you Anisa!!
