Booking was very efficient
Booking was very efficient. Ironically though the main reason I’ve given them an excellent rating is that I had to cancel due to illness and found the customer service lady very understanding and helpful. Refund was made very quickly.

Skip was delivered a day late
Skip was delivered a day late. Once the job was finished I Rang to say it was ready to be collected. Promised via email collection on Thursday - not collected. Rang Friday assured it would be collected that evening - not collected. Still here all weekend

Friendly and on time
Ordered 8 yard skip, good price, delivery and collection on time. Friendly driver and placed skip exactly where needed on driveway. Have more jobs to do a will definitely be using Ward again.

Great customer service
Really helpful telephone contact to arrange another few days hire. Nice not to be charged for this.
The driver for the skip collection wagon was friendly and very helpful suggesting we could get rid of more than I thought. Good when a company goes the extra mile for customer service.
