Easy to book, quick delivery. Quick removal. Friendly driver. Would use again

Very professional operation. Skip delivered when they said they would and placed appropriately. Emailed to let them know that they could collect earlier than originally arranged and got a telephone call from a lovely actual human being apologising that it couldn’t be that day but booked for next day; and it was duly collected. Prices in line with other Skip providers.

The service is reliable and prompt. Booking was easy and was informed each step of the way what was happening. Would recommend to anyone. Reasonable price for medium size household skip

Dropped skip off on time, driver asked where I wanted the skip and took time to put some pieces of wood down so that the drive wasn’t marked, collected on time, could not fault the service.

Driver took care when lowering the skip and placed it where I wanted it.
The hire is for 7 days unless you ring them to extend it.
I didn’t need to extend the duration and waited for them to collect it.
They picked it up on the due date without me having to phone them.
All in all a good experience with a company that I would recommend

Asked for am delivery but didn’t arrive until12-45,this is after three phone calls

Arrived a lot later than the allocated slot and also was picked up a day later than agreed. Called to chase on day of drop off and the person didn’t care one bit. At £372 with designated pick up times it’s really not worth it.

Skip was delivered and collected exactly when agreed. The guys were very friendly and helpful in managing to get the skip in quite a difficult place and overall am really happy with the service provided! And very reasonable price too!

Overall happy with service and cost. Could improve communications about delivery day timings when a permit is required. Save me chasing them up for updates!

Skip did not arrive until 16:00 even after i requested a morning delivery. On form i asked for a Monday pm pick up, when rang said it will be Tuesday morning. Tuesday 16:00 i rang Wards to enquire when skip being picked up, they said this evening. In all communications with Wards, Wards office staff never rang to advise|update when skip arriving or being fetched, drivets were polite and pleasant more than i can say for office staff who need to learn to keep customers updated.

Did what is says on the tin, delivered as agreed picked up as agreed. Only criticism was of dried mud which transferred on to the drive, but less for that thank you I will use you again TY
