Our skip hire arrived a day early which is brill. We were able to start a day early. Always found ease with booking online. Prices comparable. Smooth process

My skip did not turn up on the day I requested it too.

Skip was placed where requested and was delivered and fetched on time.

Was a bit disappointed to start with as didn’t get my skip delivered on the day that it was booked for, but customer service was excellent in sorting it out for me and skip got delivered the very next day early in the morning. So that’s why I’m giving 5stars, thank you to whoever I spoke to through messenger.

Skip delivered on time and correct size. Taken away the day after they said they would but did contact me to tell me. Not an issue. Only reason for four not five stars is that I ordered a skip with a door but I could not open it, so pointless. Didn't report it as atleast I could use the skip

So easy to follow there website, easy to order lady was very polite when I spoke to her about pick the skip up n very efficient on picking up and dropping off the skip

Great company to deal with

Ordered a skip for house clearance then received an email with a long list of what can’t be put in it. Was then quoted lots of extra charges for items at ridiculous cost. Cancelled skip and discovered can actually get the council to collect at much cheaper price than quoted by skip company 80% cheaper from the council.
They should put this information on their website so that people are not misled into thinking the price they pay for a skip includes everything

No problems with the skip hire. Dropped off at the allotted time and picked up when scheduled.

Prompt delivery, prompt collection, great driver on both occasions.

No hassle, no fuss, always do what they say they will, when they say they will. I wish all businesses were like this. Also, very efficient with answering emails and requesting info.
