Booked a skip and paid for this however then received an email asking for an additional £60. The booking was cancelled as this additional fee made the skip hire very overpriced

Absolute great service. Easy online booking, service exactly as expected. The drop off and collection guys were brilliant. Questions answered and service with professional attitude, and smile. Quick delivery and collected the day after I called to say it was full, great service and would use again

Very easy to hire a skip with a clear explanation of the sizes and the price to pay with also clear instructions on whether a permit was required (needed if skip is to be placed on a highway). Skip was dropped off when expected and driver was courteous of the property and made sure skip was placed correctly.

I would give zero stars as the skip I have paid for didn’t arrive and when I called the office number I was on hold for over half an hour which then meant it was past 5pm and the office closes at 5pm therefore I didn’t get to speak to anyone. This was Friday and the office is not open on weekends so I have no skip and now cannot do the work I had planned for. Taking my money and not providing me with the service I paid for is an absolute joke.

Dropped on time and didn't need to be in for delivery, and the guy that picked it up was very friendly and polite

Good communication. Had to call to query delivery, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Skip delivered and collected efficiently and staff very friendly and efficient.

Delivered on time. Placed boards under the skip to protect tarmac as requested (I did have to supply the boards). Collected on the scheduled dates. Would use again.

I requested a date for skip to be picked up as was due to have some work on the drive completed.
Skip not collected work now delayed.
E-mail apologising thinks that's acceptable more of a brush off than anything else.

Ordered online, very simple user interface with clear explanations. The skip i ordered was unfortunately out of stock however I was given a refund and extra time with the skip as compensation. This was the second skip I've ordered and I'm sure, it won't be the last!

They delivered the skip on the date i ordered it, unloaded it proffesionally and fuss free and collected it a week later like their website said. 10/10

Went for a daytime delivery (7.30am to 3.00pm), so set my alarm for 7.30 just in case, skip arrived at 3.35pm, no communication to say it was going to be late but with a 7 1/2 hr window to aim for it really shouldn't have been late.

The company was really easy to use and ordered it within 10 mins. They delivered it exactly the time they said, and the gentleman who delivered it put it exactly where i said, no questions asked. It was picked up promptly after a couple of days, we rang them and said wed finished and was picked up the next day. Very polite staff would highly recommend
