Ordering the item went smoothly, when it came to it being delivered it took about 21days. I had to continuously reach out to figure out why the item is taking 7 days to be processed. When i finally received the phone , the packaging sucked & it didn’t even come with a charging cable. I wasn’t happy throughout this whole process, the only thing that’s good is that the phone was in pretty good condition (cosmetic wise) and it works perfectly.

This is a legit business and I recommend highly to everyone. I also bought phone here and I'm satisfied

Disappointing Experience – Orders Cancelled Without Explanation

I had a very frustrating experience with Wamatek. I was initially offered both a 10% and a 5% discount code. I used the 10% discount on my first order, which was cancelled without explanation. After that, I placed a second order using the 5% discount, and that order was also cancelled the same day.

Both orders were for high-value items, and I can’t help but feel that the cancellations were related to not wanting to honor the discounts—especially on an expensive purchase. What made the situation worse is that customer support could not provide any reason for the cancellations, stating they didn’t have access to that information.

I requested to speak with a human agent during their stated business hours and was told someone would assist me shortly. I waited over 30 minutes with no response and was ultimately left hanging. Meanwhile, I had two pending transactions tied up on my card due to these cancelled orders.

Overall, the lack of transparency, inability to explain why orders were cancelled, and poor follow-up from support left me with very little confidence in doing business with this company again.

Manipulative practices. Shipped me the wrong product then the only solution they would offer was for me to return for a refund and repurchase for the tune of $459 more for the same product. Will never do business with this company again.

Phone was great. In good condition. You can see the marks where it was taken apart all the way around it. Shipping took longer than was thought. The battery life was at 86%. Other than that the phone is great! Just do all of the updates and the phone works as it should.

STILL WAITING ON THE RIGHT RETURN LABELS

I made an order on some ram that was 75% off and I thought it was an awesome deal. After payment and got email confirmations and estimated shipping date. They cancel my order saying that it was at my request. Why would I cancel a killer deal on ddr5 ram!? They just out right lie that I did a cancelation request. F them! Never do business with them again.

Long processing times and lack of solid communication. Phone calls always ended up in voicemail when calling for updates, called the physical store and they seemed annoyed I was asking about my $400 order. Item did arrive eventually and was as expected. Better expectations of when items would ship and someone who actually answers the phone would help. I would not recommend versus ordering from another store.

I got an empty box instead of the iPhone. I contacted the support team, and they sent me the replacement. The product was as described. Thank you.

I ordered a computer and only received a power cord.

Update: I tried calling the company but couldn't get thru to customer service, so I sent an email stating that I received only a power cord when I paid over $300 for a computer. I got an email back later that day saying their records show they sent me a computer, so there's nothing they can do. I immediately called again and finally got to a manager (the one who sent the email). I told him I received a box the size of my hand with only a cord (and the purchase order stating I bought a computer). He said he didn't realize I did not receive a computer sized box and told me to email him a picture of the box & shipping label. I did that and they then miraculously found the computer they said was already shipped and sent it via overnight. They obviously did not put any effort into validating my claim. Had they sent me the power cord in a computer sized box, they would've stuck to the answer of, "our records show we sent a computer," and screwed me out of $300+. I'm happy with the computer, but would be wary of buying from their online store again.

I recieved the best service from Alex. Will surely be returning here for more items.
