Almost a week before phone was shipped.

To be honest I almost canceled the order becauseof how long it took to process and ship the order. I work in shipping and logistics and the longest it takes us to ship out is 24hrs.

The processing time was tooo long and phone not properly packaged.

My third time buying phone here. I'm enjoying my S23 plus 256gb. Thank you Alex for your great support

I received my item on time, excellent condition, I chose blue but got black instead doesn’t really matter cuz I just needed the phone so I’m happy with that, I recommend buying from here.

Put in a purchase and was charged. They opted to cancel my order because product is "discontinued". Product back up on site at higher price.

Item was defective, but they provided me a return shipping label at no cost.

My mom was very happy with the laptop! It was a surprise, so I was worried it wouldn’t be here in time or she wouldn’t like it. She loved it and it arrived in perfect condition and was definitely worth more than the price, but I’m not complaining!

The positive: I like that my order did arrive will all the parts and nothing missing as well as the price.

The Negative: My order was lost in transit from your location. After numerous calls, I was finally able to get a tracking number to locate the package.

Item never delivered. Ordered on Shop App and the item was supposedly in stock. But never shipped and is apparently backordered when the listing did NOT state that it was.

The speaker wire itself was a great price and worked perfectly. I had no issues with the quality or performance once it arrived.

That said, shipping was much slower than expected. It took almost three weeks to get delivered, which was disappointing. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s a decent value, but the long delivery time is something buyers should be aware of.

Lied about shipping in email and over phone, sent the wrong phone that’s obviously bought from another distributor then they just sent it to me.

Order iPhone and never received it been given more and more run around this whst im talking about the reply I get is I should get phone today and it’s been another week a no phone I need the phone or refund thx neil vaughn

You all made the wrong choice in FedEx! I've had an assistant, lie about delivery time, the truck came sat outside for 20 minutes. Because the truck, had no Logo. A manger, came on the phone at FedEx not only lied, but made his employee into a liar! I even told him this! The driver returned Saturday and said he couldn't get into my building. I told him I watched you for 20 mins. You never got out. They can go to office for keys. One person is to many! Love my laptop! Thanks! JoAnn Reaves

I didn't get the same laptop that was in the picture. Other than that, it's okay so far.

Ordering was straightforward and communication was high. From order to receipt was less than a week. Great experience!

This is my first time from purchasing anything from Wamatek. They had the best price for the HP monitor that I purchase. It arrived within a week of my purchased. Easy !! I would concern purchasing again from Wamatek in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Wamatek. The customer service was top-notch and the 2 phones i got from them exceeded my expectations. The battery, camera, memory were super good.The staff was friendly and helpful making the whole process smooth.They did their best to follow the descriptions i gave them because what i ordered was exactly what i got.I was satisfied because i received my items in good condition. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality devices and excellent service to get to them.

Bad business.
They cancelled my order and then changed the price. told me I had to pay higher price for my purchase or I couldn't have the item I originally paid for. Absolute Scumbags.
