Horrible product and equally bad service. They sent the wrong measurement and told me that is standard and I need to cut the wallpaper myself. Print quality was as bad as their customer service rep. I spent $150 for poorly printed mural that would not stick to the wall well and was not cut according to the measurements I paid for.

We ordered a white washed brick. It arrived whitewashed GREEN. They don't respond to messages. Even worse, we ended up having to pay $66 in duties on top of the shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The wallpaper started creasing the moment we opened the tube it arrived in. It is NOT worth buying as you will need to through it away. Quality is sub-standard. Customer service did not reply to several emails asking to return the product.

Poor customer service. Poor responses. I paid a hefty amount for this wallpaper and when I went to hang this classic wallpaper, the panels did NOT match up. No instructions were included nor was it anywhere on the website that the panels needed to be overlapped on both sides. I did the best I could, when my installers were available, and have lines that don't match up. I tried to contact them via live chat THAT DAY and got no response. Then after we installed these wonky panels, I emailed them with pictures asking what was wrong and then was informed they were supposed to overlap on both sides. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. It wasn't written down anywhere nor had my installers ever heard that you overlap traditional wallpaper. Then they offer my a store credit on a future purchase of 1/2 off? I would never give these people my money again. It took them nearly two weeks to respond to my 3 emails and 1 Facebook message and then I got no response again for another week. Poor customer service for a company that claims to sell high end products, the customer service is lacking.

Rachael was incredibly helpful in helping me replace some wall murals I was very sad to loose as I really liked them. Very responsive and anticipated next steps. I have seldom had such a remarkable experience. THANK YOU!

Really nice customer service and product. I purchased the El Rey Dorado removeable wallpaper and it's absolutely lovely. My only critique on the wallpaper itself is that the "gold" isn't really gold, it's more yellow.

It took quite a long time to arrive but when it did come, it was very well packaged.

I purchased for an 80x60 area and was disappointed that the item was delivered as two panels, one being about 2/3rds of the wall and then a much smaller panel for the other 1/3rd. The reason I didn't love this is that it made it difficult to line up and guaranteed an oddly spaced seam.

Otherwise, I definitely recommend this company, their product, and if you have any issues, reach out to their highly responsive customer support!

Product came just as I expected it to. Was easy to work with and reposition as needed. The razor and felt pad that came with it were very convenient, and really helped with installation. Definitely recommend!

Do not believe this company when they say their restickable wallpaper will not damage your walls. I followed all of their instructions, installed on a wall that had been painted more than a year ago and had no weird texture and the wallpaper pulled the paint off my wall and damaged the underlying wall. Now I'm probably going to lose some part of my security deposit as a result. When I contacted Walls Need Love they only offered to refund any unused portion of the wallpaper. Huh? I didn't know it would destroy my wall until I used it! Then they offered me store credit to buy more wallpaper that would destroy my walls! I would stay away from these guys, they say they guarantee their products but they really don't. Very frustrated.

We received our shipment of 1 wall decal and 4 art prints a week ago, and were very disappointed with the print quality and overall product. When we attempted to return the prints, we were denied.

Based on the claims of the website, we expected all of the ordered images to have an adhesive backing. Only 1 of the images has an adhesive backing. The receipt says we ordered 1 "wall decal" and 4 "art prints", but this was not clear during the ordering process that these are different products.

One print isn't even the print we ordered. The "Ewing Klipspringer Art Print" is just squiggles. Please see the attached photo. 

Across the board, the images were blurry, and appeared to have been scaled up from a smaller resolution. For a website that offers a great range in size of prints, we expected these images to be printed from a high quality base image or vector file. Even the prints at 12x18 have this distortion.  

Other wall decals we've ordered elsewhere were vinyl with a semi-gloss finish, closer to wallpaper or a poster, but what we received was slightly heavier weight printer stock. I wouldn't be surprised if the colors start to fade in a few weeks if we were to hang them on the wall as intended. We ordered these based on Walls Need Love's claims that these are quality products, and that they fall into the "Certain types of products" that are returnable based on Walls Need Love's Website. On attempting to claim a return for these products, we were denied because they were "custom", however the website FAQ does not say this is a prerequisite for returnable items.

I've ordered from this company for years. Their print quality is superior to anyone I've seen and the quality of the self-adhesive fabric beats PVC, vinyl and paper products by a long shot. I'm always pleased with product quality and it's great knowing that this art is printed in the USA. I highly recommended Walls Need Love!
