BUYER BEWARE!

I wish I could write a positive review, we were so excited about this wallpaper but what followed has been one of the most frustrating and expensive product experiences I have ever had to deal with. We ordered the “dusk blooms” paper and it’s been nothing but an expensive headache since.

When we received this wallpaper we were at first disappointed in the way it was packed and then thrown off by the color/shade. It was rolled up so tight that all of the edges were bent or wrinkled. The black areas were not a true black and you could see what looked like printer lines across the entire thing.

We then had the worst experience trying to install it- and I should preface this by stating that we are not inexperienced with wallpaper, we’ve done this several times before but this paper was by a landslide the hardest we’ve ever worked with to hang. It was supplied as giant 4 foot by 10 foot pieces, which made it nearly impossible to handle, line up, and smooth out wrinkles. It was also supplied with a 2 inch overhang on the edges to get the print to line up, which left us with the choice of either having to trim it ourselves or leave a 2 inch overhang. We decided to not trim it for fear we would damage it and went with the overhang. But the paper is very thick so the overhang is so obvious (from across the room) and the edges are white, so you can see that edge too. It looked terrible.

Once up we noted that the print was more blurry than the advertised image and all the details in the black were lost such that you really only see the bright flowers (the blue is almost completely lost). The worst part however, was the terrible damage this paper did to our walls and the customer “service” that came after. When trying to reposition one of the pieces (pulling it off the wall ONCE after gently applying), it pulled the paint right off! Within HOURS the paper that was up was starting to bubble and on inspection all of these areas were pulling the paint off. I have used several different brands of paper before and have never experienced anything like this. I contacted customer service to see if they had any advice or could help us at all. They had nothing helpful to say and just blamed our walls stating it must be because we did not let the paint “cure long enough.” Our walls were professionally painted over 6 months before application, so we know this to not be true and we had already explained that to them. They offered to send us replacement paper but that obviously would not fix anything, why would I want to further damage my walls with the same wallpaper? Ultimately, we are faced with very expensive repairs to our heavily damaged walls from this paper. When I asked about getting money back, we were told no because they blame us. I’m not sure what is more frustrating- the expensive damage the paper caused that we now have to repair, or the company refusing to take any responsibility for their product and just laying all blame on the customer.

You’ll also notice their products don’t have any customer reviews- as a customer I could not leave a review under a specific product on their website. It says a lot when a company prevents customers from reviewing the product. You’ll also notice you can’t review them on Facebook.

In short, save yourself the money and trouble. This exorbitantly priced wallpaper isn’t worth any of the cost. If you need better recommendations, I highly recommend home depot’s papers- my last mural was one from them. It cost my $60 (a TENTH of what this paper cost me!), went up easily, was beautiful, did not immediately bubble or wrinkle, was still up 4 years later when we took it down, and our walls had no damage when we did.

I ordered a mural for a small space and followed the ordering instructions. When I received the mural the image was blurry and pixilated. I have been back and forth with customer service for months and they offered me a credit which I don’t want. They said that the image is great for four feet away. I told them that should be on their website. They will not do refunds so be very certain you want their product and expect no support.

I ordered 10 9’ sheets. They sent 10 2’ sheets. Edges didn’t line up properly.

I recently purchased a new place and have had to decorate and furnish it at a time when so much is out-of-stock, there are backorders of backorders and supply chain issues abound. Out of all of the vendors that I have worked with, Taylor at Walls Need Love has outshined them all by far. She has helped me with wallpaper for two different rooms and both have come out great. One of them is known by neighbors as "the wall" because the pattern looks so outstanding. Having never used peel-and-stick wallpaper before (or any wallpaper for that matter), Taylor sent me the Walls Need Love videos that provide step-by-step instructions on how to install the paper (among other useful topics if you need them) and my friend and I were able to install it ourselves with literally no home improvement experience between us. We still can't believe how great it looks and more so, that we did it ourselves. My contractor was even in shock as to how great it came out (3 months later and I still am too). My second project involved color matching and Taylor interfaced with the graphic designer at WNL to get it done and to me in a very expedited time frame.

I am very happy with both of my purchases but more so, Taylor was truly a pleasure to work with, prompt with her responses and involved every step of the way. I highly recommend WNL and hope they know how lucky they are to have someone who cares as much as Taylor does working for them!

Ordered over $400 worth of wallpaper for one wall. It took over 6 weeks to arrive and only arrived then because I contacted them. I told them that the order was too late for my installer since I had already moved. They would not cancel my order or give me a refund! They said they would give me a credit on my next order, but when I tried to order something else, I was told they did not give me a credit after all. I offered to return the paper since it was useless to me, but now I’m stuck with over $400 worth of worthless paper I cannot use due to their error! Horrible customer service! Buyer beware!

This is the worst purchase I’ve made in my entire life. The paper itself is quality, sure, but everything about the process is a nightmare. If you want a divorce, try putting this up with your partner. It’s impossible to position correctly since the sheets are about four feet wide, by the time you get to the bottom it will inevitably be screwed up, and when we pulled up to reposition, all of the dry wall came with it. The damage was so bad my husband couldn’t even get it smooth again and we’ve been quoted at $1200 dollars to fix it. After one wall, we tried to find a professional to install the rest, and even local installers won’t touch peel and stick paper because it’s too difficult to work with. Take a hint from the pros and stay away.

Wallpaper I ordered was grey and yellow as opposed to black and gold. When I reached out and sent them photos they said it looked the same to them and dismissed me. Wallpaper was cheap material and customer service was rude and dismissive. Do not buy from here

Really terrible customer service (like the rest of the people mention here). Don't expect them to make it right if ANYthing goes wrong (or if it's their fault).

Be careful of ordering "murals" they are meant to be seen at a distance of 10 feet or more. Which translates to very pixelated up close. Not apparent when ordering this is the case.

Ordered wallpaper and tried to cancel the next day since I found the same pattern for $200 cheaper elsewhere! Of course could not cancel. Poor customer service and overpriced!

BEWARE -- This paper can destroy your wall. It is absolutely not reusable, and when we peeled off, according to the instructions, gently at an angle, it took the wall with it. Our rental building charged us $1,000 to fix the wall!!! We paid $408 for the wallpaper for ONE wall, and the only remedy offered by the company, was STORE CREDIT. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. The paper was cute while it lasted, but $1400.00 later, we are extremely disappointed. Please, save yourself and do not order this paper if you are in a rental, or plan on taking it down after a short time.

Pretty wallpaper but don’t accidentally order the wrong size or have any issues once you place your order . HORRIBLE customer service that takes no responsibility in fixing your order once they have your money. I emailed with an issue 5 minutes after placing my order and never got a response after emailing, putting a change of order request in and and several phone calls, no one ever answered the phone or called me back. Now it’s been 2 months and they are emailing me saying they will get back to me week after week ..

I am completely in love with this entire website! I’ve ordered things from cute quotes to go in my daughter’s room to wallpaper to enhance my living room area.I will definitely be ordering more soon!!

I ordered wallpaper to redo my kitchen cabinets although I was hesitant at first their instructions made it simple and easy and I am in love with the final results.

I purchased the very fun “dinner & drinks”. Unfortunately my measurements were off and ordered in three rounds. I say that because ‘Walls Need Love’ changed their self-adhesive wallpaper from the time I placed my 1st to my 2nd order. The original order was smooth and the two newer orders had a nice rich texture. The coloring was extremely close. This is for our pantry and any variance will be masked by shelving.
Do yourself a favor and account the proper amount of extra paper.

We are a strictly Walls Need Love home!
After 3 full purchases and countless samples, we want to wallpaper the entire house with the company's easy-to-use peel-and-stick paper, we love it.
I highly recommend this for apartments too, since it's easy to remove and repaint if you decide to move. The customer service help was beyond patient with me when we installed in the wrong direction, and needed new cuts of paper to line up correctly.
Seriously, we want to wallpaper every room now!! So easy and fun, with great results that have really brighten up our quarantine living.

No stars. Shocking shocking shocking. I spent over $600 USD on three rolls from Walls Need Love. Order #69557. Complete waste of money. Rolls would not unpeel, so everything was crumpled and unusable. Waste of time and it’s left a huge nasty mess on my wall. Worst of all, the company didn’t have the decency to respond to any of my emails or calls. They made the big sale and then disappeared.... Disgraceful. I ordered paper for a 4x4 space. I was told that I would have to order two rolls minimum... you’d think that would mean double the space? I paid $98 and when I received the box, the ‘rolls’ of wallpaper were approximately 2 feet by two feet each. Enough to wrap a small gift with. Nobody from the company is responding to me. Big scam.

The wallpaper is NOT reusable. I peeled it off and the paint on the wall came off with it.

I was told the order would arrive in 3 weeks when I placed the order. They are well back on their timeline at this point and are refusing to provide a refund. I don't need a store credit, I am only wallpapering a single wall.

Buyer beware. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere. I wish I saw these reviews prior to me ordering.

Clear example of a greedy company that tries to rake in orders and hide behind the COVID excuse. Started a dispute through my bank as Walls indicated they had not started my order yet. To my surprise I was sent a tracking number that they did produce and ship (after 5 weeks). It will go straight back to Nashville. Customer service is a disgrace and non-communicative.
