I was unable to return an item as the return’s portal didn’t recognise my order number. I emailed the customer support team and received a very prompt and informative reply giving clear instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Every item I return I have to chase my refund. When you contact them they apologise but not good enough.

Great customer service. After not receiving any emails for returns after 2 wks I got in touch and it was quickly sorted and my refund issued. I have knocked off a star as it shouldn't be up to the customer to chase their refund.
