Je me réjouissais de recevoir le MyEnergi Harvi, mais la livraison a été une vraie déception.
Wallbox Discounter annonçait 2–4 jours ouvrés : le premier “essai” est arrivé seulement au 6e jour ouvré.

Ensuite, le suivi GLS a indiqué une prétendue absence alors que nous étions à domicile (et notre sonnette vidéo ne montre aucune tentative).
Enfin, le point de retrait a fermé plus tôt que l’horaire annoncé dans l’e-mail, ce qui m’a fait me déplacer pour rien.

Au final : livraison très lente, tentative de livraison contestable, informations de retrait inexactes. Dommage, car cela a clairement terni l’expérience du produit.

Mijn derde bestelling alweer bij Wallbox Discounter. Vandaag werd mijn tweede 840Wp "balkonsolar" set bezorgd. Alweer zorgvuldig verpakt en netjes afgeleverd. De helpdesk, met echte medewerker, Björn fixte, de 1 dag haperende bezorging, snel en correct. Zo konden de panelen het dak nog op voor mijn afwezigheid. Alles werkt en ze liggen nu fijn in de zon te bakken. Spotgoedkope verduurzaming met mooie spullen, ik kan er geen genoeg van krijgen.

Ik heb een offerte aangevraagd voor de installatie van een Tesla-wandlader. Er hoefde niet gegraven of geboord te worden. Er was al een driefasenkabel beschikbaar en alles wat ze nodig hadden was de lader installeren en aansluiten op het stroomnet. Het bod dat ze me deden was meer dan 1600 euro. Het was pure tijdverspilling om contact op te nemen en hun vragen en formulieren te beantwoorden, terwijl ze toch niet alles in de offerte zouden opnemen. Hun Google-recensies zijn nep.

I bought a cable from Wallbox Discounter 2 years and 18 days ago.

About a month ago (before the 2 year warranty expired), I started having problems to get my car to charge. I phoned my wallbox provider and got an appointment a week go to check my wallbox regarding my charging issue. After re-flashing the software of my wallbox and also switching the mobile network provider, it was determined that the fault was caused by the charging cable I bought from Wallbox Discounter.

When I now emailed for support (repair support for example) - the answer was "it's over two years - there is nothing we can do... here's a 10% discount voucher to buy a new cable" (my paraphrasing here to keep it short and easy to read).

We all aim to be more sustainable every day through our mobility but also other avenues and in the day and age of right of repair I find this attitude not only disappointing, but even totally mismatching with the stated goals of Wallbox Discounter to "support the transition to a sustainable mobility".

My summary: Be aware of the planned obsolescence trap of Wallbox Discounter. Even if I fell for it, take my advice and make sure you don't...

Installatie was ok en apparaat ook. Maar terwijl het bij mij een zeer eenvoudige installatie was krijg ik toch extra kosten in rekening gebracht. Maar staat in de kleine letters schijnbaar.

Pas dus goed op met dit bedrijf
