I ordered a mix of prints and frames from Wallberry, I was impressed with the quality and really pleased the prints came framed ready for me to hang. I decided I needed a couple more to fill the space and the 2nd order included my own lyrics, I received an email from Ben asking me to check the wording ahead of printing to make sure I was happy. Both deliveries arrived really fast and well packaged and my prints are now hung on the wall looking great ! I would recommend this company, great service 😊

Whilst the print quality was very good and I loved my personalised design, it was not made clear to me that the final poster would have a white border around it and on the email proof the visual at the bottom of the email definitely did not show this - the border was only visible when the image was clicked and it opened as an actual document, which I did not realise and was not explained in the email.
I now have a print which is not actually A4 to fit into my frame and A4 mount so it is very disappointing. I did contact Wallberry and Ben told me that there was nothing that could be done.
Such a shame this is not explained clearly and that A4 does not actually mean an A4 design.

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I was unable to retrieve it but I contacted Ben w at wallberry and he resolved the issue within a few days by sending out a replacement

Great print, not so good frame

Bought an A4 poster after seeing an advert on Facebook. The product is great, good value and as I hoped it would be. Sadly it has a crumpled corner where the packaging was insufficient and so was damaged in transit. Even now framed it’s still a bit noticeable.

Ordered a customised print for a friends 50th birthday present. Great experience dealing with customer services to finesse a few details and the end product is perfect. Absolutely delighted & will come back for more in due course.
