Just seeing the pot gave me joy. Plus it’s of great quality except that when I boil water in it, it leaves traces but i guess it’s due to UK’s water. I hope I get some help from Blackmoor on how to maintain my pot because I love it and don’t want to lose it

Easy site to order from quick delivery

My order of five stainless steel pots and pans arrived within 24 hours. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of them, particularly the riveted handles as with my pots I was forever having to use a screwdriver to tighten the handles. I also find them to be non-stick and have had no issues with the stainless steel handles getting to hot.

The shelves were just as expected - very nice quality for the price. I ended up using stronger fixings though as the ones supplied seemed not quite up to it - the shelves sagged a little a while after putting a modest display of books on them.

I placed an order and within days the items were delivered to my door. They were well packed in boxes suitable for their size and strong enough to protect them from the rigours of the uk delivery system!
The items; a coffee percolator and coffee grinder; are really good quality and design. Coffee making is a very pleasant and calming process at last, and the coffee tasts great.

Robyn at Blackmoor/Benross has been brilliant. I accidentally damaged the lid on my food processor, rendering it useless as the unit would not work without one slotted in place. Robyn speedily located the spare part and dispatched in double quick time.

It's a nice product but the biggest issue I have is the internal packaging, it's pants. The packaging is so thin the two pans knock about each other, and they get damaged. Not enough that you can't use them but enough they don't great with the chipped out the side of them.
The product was good. The packaging was rubbish.

Refunded but the messing and time it took to sort out was just awful communication was not that good. Although they did communicate it took days for them to respond which is pretty frustrating.
